Romance › Re: Help! My Fiance Is HIV Positive, I'm Not; What Do I Do? by sparko1(m): 4:58am On Mar 23, 2016 |
iSellUsedCars: Fellow Nairalanders, my 22yr old fiance who came to my place just a day ago got a call from her family doctor that her attention was urgently needed prior to some tests that were conducted on her 2 days back. I had to tell her to go see her doctor immediately as it could be something very important, so she left. She calls me up some hours later to tell me her doctor says she's HIV positive. My head spun and I started thinking of where I must had gotten it from! We've been intimately together for 4years, and we make love as often as we feel like although our busy schedule hasn't made us see for up to a month now. As I got the news, I felt so restless and just had to go join her at the hospital so they could carry a test to confirm my status. It came out negative. I promised her to always be by her side and wouldn't leave her cos of the disease. I trust her a lot and I believe she must have contracted it through sharp objects her makeup business exposes her to like razor blades. Dear nairalanders, I need your advice. It's 3am in the morning, and she's called thrice already; she's depressed and suicidal right now. Pls air your matured and helpful opinion. God bless you. Just because you did a test for three or five days later and found out you are negative may not mean you are, you need to take the test in the next three month and finally in the next six month to finally confirm you as negative. My advice to you, stay away from sex not just between you and your fiance, but any other person for that matter to avoid spread or even increase the viral load. My advice to her, that she contracted the virus does not make her less of a human being, she can live and even have a happy home by managing the virus. she is very luck that she found out very early, the viral load may still be very low which means, its still very easy to manage. |

Family › Re: How Do I Stop Feeling Ashamed Of My Husband by sparko1(m): 6:29am On Jan 23, 2016 |
thorpido: Be content with such things as ye have! You have married him already so quit thinking otherwise. You are honest with reasons why you married him.Now choose to enjoy him and your marriage rather than worry about what people say.At 33yrs old,you should have learnt to care less about many things. You should help him dress neatly and trendy and he's good to go.
If any of your kids look like him, would you begin to hide the child? my mind exactly, firstly, no man is ugly! you know what they say 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder' get him nice clothes and always advise him to dress smart. If he ugly its because you think so, try improving on his lapses. if you were not ashamed when he took you to the altar, i don't think you should be ashamed now because everyone already knows you are married, its not like you are dating, focus on those things that made you marry him in the first place and joy Will be restored. |

Romance › Re: How will you React if A Lady Slaps U In Public? by sparko1(m): 12:39pm On Jan 22, 2016 |
mrjojo: Morning guys, I was at Cds yesterday and a nt so funny scenario played out. A corper guy was trying to call a female corper, there was much noise, so he tapped her and put his hand round her waist in a kindof joking way The lady started shouting and screaming and eventually slapped the dude even after he apologised .well she caused a scene with d guy SO angry and wanting to slap her back. had to calm him down. So guys, how will u react if a lady slaps u in public for a flimsy reason as this? firstly, i won't touch a lady publicly if i haven't in private, that is what gave her the opportunity to slap him anyway. But then if by chance i do get slapped by a lady, i would just walk away, reason being no matter what I do next i am going to be blamed and i don't know how to explain events that annoys me. so before people start gathering and asking what happened? am gone. |
Romance › Re: Delta Girls Are Cool! by sparko1(m): 12:14pm On Jan 22, 2016 |
DeeTus: The following reasons are why you should date a girl from Delta State.
1. They speak good English and are very special in terms of understanding a man.
2. They are pretty and are honest.
3. They know how to dress and are always caring.
4. They're fantastic to be with. But whenever they're angry, they certainly give so much trouble which in return are nice.
I do like them.
What have you got to say?? Your number 4 says it all, WHENEVER THEY ARE ANGRY, which is like all the time! they can fight you in the public NAKED! wield if you ask me. |
