From my experience, I think what happened have to do with the fact that you didn't pay the full amount. ie. The kobo attached to the naira must be paid. If you only pay the naira value ie. Just 3045 naira without the kobo, this can happen, so check and make sure.

Yes you have to go to the bank and pay. 69 kobo, when you want to enter the pin, enter the first one and the second separated by comma only. This should solve the problem.

All you need to do is go to the bank and pay the 69 kobo, then when you want to enter the transaction pin enter the first and then the second separated by comma only.

Mar 9 at 5:11 AM After paying to the bank i was sent this message with the pin, i tried activating my account with the pin but i was told the pin is invalid.

please help.

(Note: i initially tried to pay with ATM but i was not with the OTP so i had to register without the payment so i did the registration on saturday, now after paying i can't activate my account.)

Please I tried paying with ATM but i was told I need OTM or OTP and because it was a Saturday I just did the registration without payment, please am planning on paying tomorrow after consulting with my bank how do I go about the payment after registering?
