All this and more should be out into consideration before demolishing and wasting billions of naira for compensation, my landlady was paid around 200 to 250 million for compensation over the demolishing of her two story apartment building because they want to construct a bridge and now they have completed the bridge and refused to commission and open it because the bridge is directly facing another building and the roads that leads to the bridge are very bad and the constractors (Chinese) said the road was not in the project ..I'm like WTF is it not the same road your heavy duty truck used as route to deliver resources and equipment and damaged the road further...
