BusinessRe: 14 Lucrative Business Ideas In Nigeria by sped1oro(m): 1:23pm On May 02, 2016
At the mention of internet or online business some ignorant persons believed its all about scam or ebooks alone. At least we have a whole lot of services/products sold online on daily basis. The difference is in the marketing approach you adopted in selling your goods/services to prospective buyers.
As for me, i have written a lot of useful articles for small business especially 100 small business with little or NO capital via www.hollalaycan.com and www.hollalaycan.. I have been paid over N1million for the business plan/feasibility report on some of the businesses i have written about.
Also, i have made money from showing the clients where to get their machines/equipments.
Furthermore, i have made reasonable income from consultancy FEE i received from people who wants to set up new business.
In addition, my e-book on Nylon business in Nigeria is the most resourceful you can find anywhere on the internet today.
In conclusion,online/internet business is the easiest and less financially burdensome kind of business for those with entrepreneural zeal. If you need advice on how to start an online business and make passive income like some of us do,feel free to contact me through my profile or my blogs.

If you are really interested in real estate business, look for Richard Nyong, the CEO of Lekki Gardens, his story and success in real estate sector will help you a great deal. I have read and carry out research on him and found out he started from the scrap. When he started his real estate business, he doesn't have an office but was using a lawyers office on Allen as point of call.
Even when he started making money from selling lands on behalf of land owners in Lekki, he was sleeping on site sometimes and he didn't went for clamorous or luxurious items of life rather he reinvested back his money into real estate and today he is one of the most successful real estate mogul in Nigeria.
Though, he is presently going through some challenges with Lagos State government as regards one of his collapsed building at Lekki but it's just one of many challenges of real estate investment.
You can check my other posts about Lekki Gardens and Richard Nyong for better insight.
If you need mentoring in real estate investment I can link you up with stakeholders in that sector.

Good luck to you.

@ OP, the solutions that have been given from page 1-11 are quite inspiring, however, i will advise that you take your time to reflect on these solutions i am going to proffer because i have seen people with this plague, got healed and lived a healthy and happy life thereafter. My wife and i had more than 2 years delay trying to conceive, my wife was diagnosed of infections, high prolactin and other medical conditions. Worse of it all, she was diagnosed of TUBAL BLOCKAGE. I also went for series of tests and analysis, i was diagnosed of low sperm count and some other sperm deficiency conditions.
To cut the story short, my wife is 6 months pregnant and the solution was not more than LIFESTYLE CHANGE. Though I am a practicing muslim, i have never consulted anybody whether imam or pastor or otherwise for any solution in my life because my faith frowns at it but when the issue of INFERTILITY came up, i tried holding up to that principle and it really worked for us. Alternatively, i have read about fruits and other organic substance for curing all kinds of diseases and ailments, some of these fruits and organic items are today made into food supplements but here is my advise, start taking fruits such as WATER-MELON, CUCUMBER, TOMATO, PINE-APPLE, GARDEN EGGS, LOTS OF VEGETABLES, GINGER, GARLIC AND BLACK SEEDS. If you can afford to go on these fruits and vegetable therapy for 6 months, your potency will be restored without surgery or any procedure. Stay away from alcohol and sugar as much as you can.
I hope this works for you as well

Properties10 Justifiable Reasons To Rally Support For Lekki Gardens And Richard Nyong by sped1oro(op): 3:29pm On Apr 07, 2016
This post is not intended to defend Lekki Gardens or Richard Nyong from the complicity that arises from the collapsed building but it is intended to look at the COIN from the other side. I know for sure that Lekki Gardens has many role to play in the unpleasant incident and so also is the Government and Regulatory bodies responsible for the oversight functions on the activities of real estate developers across the country. As a result of this, i think and in my own opinion, that the LAW needs not THROW AWAY THE BABY WITH THE BATH WATER because so many people have invested in this scheme and it will be unfair to just let LEKKI GARDENS go down the drain pipe. Please this is just my opinion and i am not taking briefs for Lekki Gardens or Richard Nyong.

Therefore, my reasons for expressing this view goes thus:

1. FALLIBILITY: The Owners of Lekki Gardens are Human being like you and I, the ONLY one devoid of imperfection will be the Almighty God. Why not temper mercy with justice in this unforeseen calamity? I can bet my life on this, Lekki Gardens or Richard Nyong will never wish to experience such an unseemly publicity stunts with human lives, it is an error that could happen to the best of engineers anywhere in the world. The memory of crane collapse at mecca which killed at least 107 people and injured almost 400 during a severe thunderstorm accompanied by violent winds is still fresh in our minds, this is a sacred place where projects are handled by the best in Engineering and real estate development skills, unfortunately the accident happened and ONLY God knows why it does at that important period during the pilgrimage.

2. BASIC NECESSITIES OF LIFE: Lekki Gardens is a service provider in one of the 3 basic necessities of life i.e; food, clothing and shelter. They belong to the real sector of the economy whose demand is high and government has never been able to meet up with their socio-economic responsibilities to the teeming masses. An entity like Lekki Gardens and its owners needs be encouraged to do more through our support when things go awry unexpectedly.

3. NIGERIA’S GDP CONTRIBUTOR: According to a report in 2015 by Accounting and Auditing firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), “the Nigerian real estate sector is growing at a rate of 8.7 percent, which is faster than the average GDP growth rate of 7.4 percent”
Lekki Gardens and Richard Nyong are among the biggest contributors to Nigeria’s GDP and the more reason prosecutor needs to be careful by not “throwing away the baby with the bath water”. Government at all levels are looking for ways to enhance the operations and production capacity of critical sectors of the economy such as real estate in order to boost the GDP of Nigeria’s economy, so why not re-evaluate the events that led to this unfortunate incident and come up with corrective cum preventive measures to avert future occurrence instead of “killing mosquito with a sledge hammer”.

4. EMPLOYMENT CREATION: Real Estate business is the one of the biggest employer of labour and provides employment to large number of the populace. I can boldly reveal to all who cares that I became a graduate, paying for my school fees from real estate jobs, I was a maison, Tile and interlocking paving stone installer, House painting and decorations. While In the service of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, I usually take up project management jobs during my leave/vacation, I happen to supervise the first Multi-links base station in Enugu. Even after I left Gtbank, I was a project manager on several real estate projects in Abraka, Makurdi, Badagry and Ikorodu. The last was an access road project in 2014 at Sangotedo beside LEKKI GARDENS ESTATE, Lekki. Lekki Gardens and Richard Nyong employs over 500 persons directly and 100,000 indirectly, can we afford to make life miserable for such families benefiting from his economic contribution?

5. INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES: A lot of investment opportunities abound in real estate development sector of the economy. When you buy or build a house, and lease out to tenants, that property starts to earn you rental revenue (monthly or yearly depending on the treaties with your tenants). With increasing yearnings for affordable housing units and ever growing inflation rate, rental values are always on the increase. Higher rental prices mean more profits for you, the owner. Compared to other investment options, the revenue from real estate is the most consistent. Lekki Gardens and Richard Nyong has created a wide range of investment opportunities for banks, Surveyors and valuers, corporate organizations, Insurance brokers, etc.

6. TAX BENEFITS TO GOVERNMENT: Property tax plays a critical role in state and national development, property tax is a levy on immovable property, such as land and buildings, usually paid by the owner to the state. This form of taxation is closely associated with financing government projects because of the immediate connection between property values and services funded at the local level. These services may include the provision of potable water, street lighting, waste management, security, and the maintenance of public parks, schools and roads. Lekki Gardens and Richard Nyong must have contributed a sizeable value in property tax to states where their real estate projects are sited. Why not give this indigenous firm and this young man a chance to contribute to the taxation drive of the economy.

7. SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT: Real Estate developments usually contribute to the communities their projects are located at, by providing infrastructure, employment, Skills Training and Development. Most of the host communities have attested to the fact that the presence of Lekki Gardens in their area has opened up their access roads neglected by the government. Most communities whose lands are acquired for real estate developments have found solace in firms such as Lekki Gardens and the likes. Directly or indirectly, real estate companies have provided more social infrastructures than any known philanthropist in Nigeria today.

8. CREATING HOME OWNERS THROUGH MORTGAGE: Mortgage Home Ownership is an arrangement that is offered through acquisition of property with intending owners making an equity contribution of about 20-30% of the total cost of the property and deferring the mortgage loan amount for periods between 2-20yrs. Many people have benefited from this mortgage arrangements from real estate companies such as Lekki Gardens, the dream of becoming a landlord would have just been illusions save for the magnanimity and patriotic zeal for human developments of private estate development firms. It is a known fact that governments alone could not satisfy the housing needs of the masses and reason for coming on board of real estate firms such as Lekki Gardens.

9. HOUSING AS COLLATERAL AND SECURITY FOR LOANS: Getting collateral or security for bank loans is one of the biggest hindrance faced by loan seekers and investors to start a new venture or acquire working capital (such as a factory, machinery or equipment), especially in Nigeria. When banks ask for collateral or security, they prefer something that is equal to or greater in worth to the loan value you are requesting for. Banks usually prefer landed property as security because it is known to existentially appreciate in value. Unlike your automobiles, which lose resale value every day, the economic values of real estate are more likely to grow. And compared to shares or stock portfolio investments, the importance of a property possession cannot vanish overnight. As a result, an investment in property can be used as leverage to get a loan from financial institutions and other lenders. Only very few other business venture can give the stripes of leverage that real estate guarantees. Consequently, Lekki Gardens and Richard Nyong have provided housing units in choice areas that are attractive to financial institutions when considering loan applications. Wouldn’t it rather be harsh to degrade and debase the foundation set by this noble young entrepreneur?

10. PROMOTION OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT IN NIGERIA: The Federal Government has promised to pump about N350 billion into the economy in the forthcoming months, Finance Minister Kemi Adeosun has said. Addressing State House correspondents on 22nd March 2016, at the conclusion of the two-day National Economic Council retreat, Adeosun said the money would be paid to contractors to enable them re-engage staff they had laid off. She emphasized that “There is a focus at state level on PROPERTY and CONSUMPTION taxes to help in improving revenue in a fair manner. The campaign for entrepreneurship development in Nigeria could be promoted from the creativity and zeal of a promising young man in his thirties and whose feat in real estate has laid a foundation for others to follow. Richard Nyong was awarded and named the Property Developer for the year, 2014 by the Institute for Government, Research Leadership and Technology, CEO and Real Estate Person of the year, 2014 by the leadership of Real Estate Unite, Lagos and Property Developer of the year, 2014 by City People Magazine.

FoodRe: Why Can't Ladies Cook Without "Maggi"? by sped1oro(m): 7:29pm On Mar 27, 2016
The best alternative to seasonings for food are white crayfish and locust bean. I have been cooking for more than 10 years without all these poisonous seasonings and if you taste my food it is difficult to know if it contains seasoning or not.
Also, for men who wants to always have strong erection and lasting pleasure, please stay away from seasonings as much as you can. Though, I have little control over food I eat outside my house, therefore, I limit and control how I eat outside to avoid too much consumption of these silent killers.
The locust bean in your food helps to improve your vision and sights, it also regulate and control your blood sugar level. Locust bean also helps to digest your food easily, it does not have any side effects at all.
While the white crayfish add a Natural spice and aroma to your food, it also help in improving your white blood cells because it's highly proteinous and vegetarians can not do without it.
Practice cooking with these two natural ingredients and come back and thank me later.

Dollar scarcity: Manufacturers turn to local raw materials….http://www.punchng.com/dollar-scarcity-manufacturers-turn-to-local-raw-materials/

INTRODUCTION

Wastes ordinarily refers to everything that no longer has a use or purpose and needs to be disposed of, however, according to The U.S Environmental Protection Agency, it defines solid waste as "any garbage or refuse, sludge from a wastewater treatment plant, water supply treatment plant, or air pollution control facility and other discarded material, including solid, liquid, semi-solid, or contained gaseous material resulting from industrial, commercial, mining, and agricultural operations, and from community activities." Based on this definition, examples of solid waste generated by veterinary clinics include, but aren't limited to: animal tissues, fluids and carcasses; animal waste; chemicals used in laboratory, cleaning or radiographic procedures; syringes and other medical supply waste; some medications, such as epinephrine and nitroglycerin; chemotherapy agents; mercury from thermometers; light bulbs and batteries; pesticides; paint and other solvents; and more. While wealth according to businessdictionary.com generally refers to General Tangible or intangible thing that makes a person, family, or group better off.

Wastes generally have been a major environmental menace in many parts of the world, majority of the wastes generated by the plastics and allied materials are non-biodegradable unlike wastes from woods, papers, water, human excretions, foods etc. Apparently, under-developed and developing economies bears the greatest burden of waste hazards, some of these countries are seen as dumping grounds for all classification of wastes such as e-waste, agricultural waste, bio-waste, industrial waste, human waste and all kinds of waste imaginable. In Nigeria today, there is hardly any state of the federation not faced with the challenge of nylon and plastic waste management.
The Lagos state government through LAWMA has taken the bold step by establishing various waste plants across the geo-political zones of the state, we have such plant at Adeniji-Adele on the Island, we have at Olusosun dump site at Oregun, and there is waste transfer plant at Igando on LASU-Isheri road, Waste loading and Transfer at Oba Ogunji road Agege and others in different locations.

Many things should be taken into consideration when starting plastic/polythene/nylon recycling business.

The most common questions are:
- Is this a thermoplastic?
- Which one?
- Is it only one kind of plastic?
- If more than one, are they compatible?
- Is this font of scraps constant and reliable?
- How much this scrap costs?
- Which is the market for the finished product?
- How much can I sell the finished product for?

Unfortunately, administrators and stakeholders at all levels of governance in Nigeria are today still confronted with the burden of Nylon and plastic wastes management, used nylon shopping bags, pure-water sachets and pet bottles from different product brands, this environmental menace is a common eye-sour on our roads, drainages, streets and work areas causing hazards in terms of pollution, flooding, impeding free flow of water channels and ultimately aiding the spread of communicable diseases via stagnated water impurities. As a result of these environmental challenges, government at all levels keeps spending huge budget on repairing and rehabilitating roads, clearing drainage channels and canals, persistent media campaign on indiscriminate dumping of nylon/bottle/sachet water wastes, yet, the hazard increases unabated.

Stakeholders are deeply worried on how to curb the monster created by this environmental wastes and the most discernible alternative is WASTE-TO-WEALTH initiatives. Going by the rising cost of raw materials used in producing plastic/polythene products, it becomes more economic viable to recycle the wastes generated from nylon/plastic materials and re-use for production again, this will not only create jobs and revenues for people in recycling industry but also reduces the menace of wastes in our environments. So many advanced economies earn reasonable foreign exchange income from recycled materials which are exported to developing and under-developed countries as raw materials.

In Nylon/plastic/polythene business, there is no waste material, every material is a raw material for another production, wastes in this business is also equivalent to money, when you generate waste in production, one does not throw the waste away, rather it is recycled for reuse or it is sold as waste to people in the recycling business. This business opportunity offers solution in term of employment opportunities, income generation, waste management, poverty eradication programs and ensuring cleaner healthier environment devoid of LASSA FEVER.
According to The Chairman of BUA Group, Abdulsamad Rabiu, in a statement made available to our Punch Newspaper, “he said that in the last three years, the firm had gradually divested from business areas that were largely dependent on foreign exchange in favour of businesses whose raw materials could be sourced at least 90 per cent locally. He said, We are fully concentrating on our core business including agriculture, mining and manufacturing that are less forex-dependent.”

Consequently, the search for raw materials and substitutes that could be sourced locally because access to forex through the official route was near impossible while getting it through the black market was very expensive has become imperative. The present economic reality serves as a ginger tonic for venturing into recycling business due to availability of waste materials in abundance. I am ever ready to provide a professional advice on how to set-up this business to become a millionaire doing waste business.

Good Luck...
