I have two questions for you
If Npower had not showed up would the Npower beneficiaries resulted to robbery and other vices?
2. Did the terms of contract say they will absorb npower beneficiaries?

It is called empowerment not employment. And as much as I wish these beneficiaries to absorbed they have understand that it will be upon FG discretion and not our rights. That's my point.

You haven't listened to testimonies of these beneficiaries that is why you have to blab this. You really want them to go back to where they were? my friend this is witchcraft.

Your open letter is very okay and at some point I think you deviated and I hope they respond to it.
I am not a participant of the Npower Scheme, though I have folks who are and I am aware that there were terms of contract upon given you the empowerment letter. I'm sure most people didn't read it to know the content.
To the best of my knowledge, it is a 2 year contract. It didn't state anywhere that you'll be absorb into the system and as such you don't paint the government bad in this sense.
If they wish to absorb you then, it should be upon their discretionary powers and not your right.
Please, you guys should go back and the read the terms of contract.
If FG finally get to hear your prayers don't you think this 2017 batch will also cry for theirs? I think they are also considering that too. 1M employment in the civil service. That's crazy. The system will collapse.

For those bringing politics into this. I think they are ungrateful. Irrespective of the low score from this government they have told Nigerians how much money the country has and the past adminstration have played around with. Of course they would have not done the empowerment and jupiter won't fall. Be grateful for once.

Did you read the terms and conditions before saying all these, why don't you atleast suggest something good for this npower beneficiaries to go for, what do you suggest, go into armed robbery and yahoo yahoo ? my friend you are a Nigeria, please think.

If npower should expire in two years, its coordinators, state coordinators, the national coordinator himself afolabi should expire with it so, as to give away for fresh coordinators to also come and have experience to enable them get recruited In future. this is absurd something to comprehend, you just want to end the program just like that as if you are not a nigerian. you don't know that you want to enslave these guys some of these guys who are in this npower stuff are first class holders and 21 graduates but d environment here in nigeria doesn't for store their employability and now you gave them opportunity for those two years and then let them go just like that as if u have something better for them, alright, if thats the case why dont you pay them gratuity and let them go start businesses or retire. it's a shame, a big one, there is no job in this country even if you want to create a job in this country nigeria you'll be putting your money in there and it goes just like that, because there are so many factors against it absolutely so many factors that will stand against a business because of the atmosphere in this country it is a shame

What do you mean by investment? Are you talking about putting your money into a venture not involving your effort to get 50% return? Or are you talking about working with your money to get the said return in a year?

If you mean the former, prepare to come share the story of how you were scammed here on Nairaland. But if the latter, its possible. Just think of an area you have expertise.

So you mean dangote is in ghana right now controlling his investments there to prevent scammers?

Jobs/Vacancies / How To Avoid Mistakes During Npower Registration Process. by Speeddial(m): 2:38pm On Jun 02, 2017
HOW TO AVOID MISTAKES DURING NPOWER REGISTRATION PROCESS.

1.If you've changed your name as a result of marriage, please make sure to it reflects on the certificates you'll be using for application.

2. If you've not done change of name, then use the name as it appears in your papers and in your bank account.

3. Apply by yourself, don't give out your name to cyber cafe person to apply on your behalf.

Cafe attendants are fond of making mistakes when they aren't supervised. If cafe attendant must do it for you, be there to correct whatever mistakes he'll be making.

4. Check and cross check why applying before you make submission.

5. One of the most important things is to ensure that your account number is active, and it's linked to your active account number.

6. If you're above 35years you won't be considered.

7. In order to avoid the issue of unmatched name, unmatched bvn, etc make sure you fill the on-line application form as your names appear in your certificates and bank account number.

8. Join the N-Power community second batch group for up to date information.

https://m./1366104333479847?ref=bookmarks

You could face issue of unmatched name if all your papers, and ID bear Timi Ebi, but you go ahead to fill Timi Ebiweni while filling Npower application form.
If your name is Tari, let it be if that's how it appears in your documents, dont go fill Tariye during application.

We have found out that more than 70% of the current beneficiaries who are faced with one issue or other are those who use names that are slightly different in spelling, yet the same meaning and interpretation. Avoid it.

Saving 200k monthly after every expense from January next year is my dream. I have sat down to reason, and saw that this won't be feasible in 10years if I remain in Nigeria.

So I came up with moving to the US as an investment I should make. According to my research I found that the minimum wage in the States is $10 per hour, that means if I work 10 hour each day I will earn 950,000 naira in a month.

Now my dream can be achieve with ease, I need advice from people who live in the US.
