What I see in the letter is "oluwayose Ayodele" not Fayose Ayodele, this automatically doesn't refer to the governor of EKITI state

PoliticsThe Cabal That Would Not be Named ! by spenca(op):
The origins of the Kaduna mafia revolves around the demise of the first republic. The loss of many northern leaders in the coup prodded a group of northern civil servants to rally around and oppose the new government of General Aguiyi Ironsi. The group, a diverse mixture of aristocrats and civil servants who were predominantly Muslim and based in Kaduna. Many of its members were educated at the famous Barewa College in Zaria, and had demonstrated a certain level of managerial competence in comparison to some of their older contemporaries. They were known for their intelligence, commitment to the traditional values and socio-political interests of Northern Nigeria and their internal camaraderie. Members were involved in varied aspects of the Nigerian nation, they were bank directors, ministers, military colonels and owners of business; their main differentiating symbol was the prominence of economic interest as a driving factor in their activities. The group thrived on an elaborate network of power alliances among northern aristocrats and government sympathizers who favored the groups pro northern and Islamic bent. Famous members and allies includes Adamu Ciroma, Mamman Daura, Ibrahim Tahir, Mahmud Tukur, Gen.Shehu Musa Yar'Adua and Muhammadu Buhari. The incumbent elected president of Nigeria is Muhammadu Buhari but there is a power behind the throne that many Nigerians are not even aware of. This person is so powerful and influential that he is said to have the closest ear of the president, more than ANYONE else. His name is Mamman Daura. The two men are related by blood: President Buhari is Mamman Daura’s uncle although Daura is two and half years older than the president. The nephew-uncle relationship is described as extremely close and date back to childhood years. Now that Buhari is in power as the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, the relationship is said to have even taken another dimension entirely with Daura wielding near-absolute power and authority. When Buhari overthrew Shagari in 1983, Daura was one of the few people Buhari trusted enough to give principal advisory roles. By the late 1980s, he had succeeded Ibrahim Dasuki as the head of the African International Bank. He later also served as chairman of the board of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and if there is anyone who Buhari always listened to and confided in over the years, it is Mamman Daura but many are now complaining bitterly that the relationship is getting too close for comfort and will negatively affect all the policies of the Buhari administration which is already struggling to cope with economic and security challenges. In the photos below, when Katsina APC delegates went to pay Buhari courtesy visit as President-Elect, Daura was visibly by his side. An industrialist and later editor and managing director of New Nigeria newspaper (one of the most influential publications in Nigeria at a point), Mamman Daura has been described as ‘intensely engaging, extremely intelligent and brilliant‘. However, not everyone agree with that description. Reliable sources within the Aso Rock Presidential Villa are raising an alarm that there is a dangerous power tussle within the camps of support around the president. They claim Daura has cornered everything and has blocked access to the president. Even some of the most loyal supporters of the president and some of the president’s family members are very bitter as to how Daura cut off everyone else from the president.

Daura lives in the Aso Rock Presidential Villa and whenever he is off to his Kaduna residence, he is said to have access to the jets of the Nigerian Presidential Air Fleet and make use of them as he so desires. Daura is said to have more access to the presidential fleet than many elected officials in government and even the wife of the President, he is that close and influential to the president. He seems to have been given a free hand to operate as he likes and determine who gets what as far as the presidency is concerned. The education minister reportedly got the appointment because of Daura’s approval and nomination. His security network both in Abuja and Kaduna are said to rival that of the president himself with his Kaduna residence guarded round the clock by a detachment of heavily-armed soldiers. His convoy is also said to be nothing but presidential.

While revealing to our field correspondents, aides and close advisers of the president accuse Daura of cornering all the appointments, contracts, deals and even collecting millions from people before allowing them have access to the president or get any appointment approved. They say that many appointments in Buhari’s cabinet were heavily influenced by Daura. They went to further explain that if you are not in Daura’s good books, you can as well forget seeing the president or even getting any appointment or approval from the presidential villa. Many insiders who pleaded anonymity due to the sensitive nature of the matter and would not want to be found in the direct path of Mr. President are gravely worried that Daura has walled off the president from good and diverse advice and fear that it is a matter of time before the adverse effects will start manifesting to all Nigerians.

Months!!! Are you for real? and I'm killing myself on how much I'd spend to take flight (totally not possible, not right now) or how I'm going to stay on the road for TWO days that I'm traveling to go and collect transcript. Life.
The transcript is most vital when you have written your EPT test and at the point of writing the departmental one if any but people are still recommended by the department for admission without the presence of their transcript but they wouldn't be granted addmission by the PG school at that stage without the transcript with the transcript label attached .

PoliticsRe: EFCC Can Investigate And Prosecute Fayose now: Falana by spenca: 10:43am On Jun 23, 2016
Reyginus:
Where exactly did he 'clearly' say it?
Since there is no immunity for impunity as far as electoral malfeasance is concerned, the investigation by the EFCC is in order. The senior lawyers who have questioned the freezing of Mr. Fayose’s account on the ground that the EFCC did not obtain a court order have not read section 28 of the EFCC Act which provides that “where a person is arrested for an offence under this Act, the Commission shall immediately trace and attach all the assets and properties of the person acquired as a result of such economic or financial crime and shall thereafter cause to be obtained an interim attachment order from the Court”. The law permits the EFCC to freeze an account or attach a property of a criminal suspect and proceed thereafter to obtain an ex parte order from the appropriate court.

I don't know the extent of clarity you expect other than this
PoliticsRe: EFCC Can Investigate And Prosecute Fayose now: Falana by spenca: 9:46am On Jun 23, 2016
Reyginus:
That's a Political statement seeking simply Political Correctness. A human rights lawyer, like the man claims, should be precise about his position on every matter. While he quoted the section on investigation and gave verdict, he didn't say anything on Freezing. You don't see it as deliberate?
I disagree that he didn't say anything on freezing he clearly said the EFCC can freeze the account of Fayose has he has no immunity to investigation as the matter relates to the of election irregularities and funding................. and don't think there is more to say on the issue than that. To me he was being concise on the issue.

Is there any abuse of right on this ? If I am missing something please let me into your point of view or conspiracy theory .

Reyginus:
We all know the basics of the law. What I'm looking for in his position of this perversion of the law. Quoting the law is not enough. Nobody is contending that. What did he say about this lawlessness?
If the actions of the EFCC is in align with the law he quoted what lawlessness are we referring to ? Maybe you need to be more precise to get a definite response
PoliticsRe: EFCC Can Investigate And Prosecute Fayose now: Falana by spenca: 9:05am On Jun 23, 2016
Reyginus:
Just a little correction, bro. The EFCC froze the Account of Adamawa State Government and not Nyako's. The two are entirely different. Nyako's account was not touched. It's good we don't misinform people.

You see, in this fight against corruption, if our method fall short of due process it becomes corrupting. The EFCC should have gotten a court order permitting the act. Any contrary act, like we have now, is both corrupt and corrupting.

A governor can be investigated, that's true. Where Falana fails is to tell us if it's right to freeze the account of a sitting governor without recourse of a court of law. We shouldn't corrupt the system in the name of fighting corruption. Let's follow due process.
Go through the statement again and you would see where he stated the basics and the law justifying why the EFCC can't freeze Fayose's account
