Hello Guys,

Pease I’ll be glad if anyone can offer advice.

My transcript was delivered to Wes on the 15th of June and it was received. From then till now, no update has been made on my profile. I have also used my tracking number to check but no update till now.

I also sent an email to Wes about this issue and then said by the 22nd I should get an update. Today is 24th but I haven’t gotten any update.

Is there an advice on what next I can do or should I just be patient?

They are having issues updating the platform, moreso if your documents are not complete yet they most likely wouldnt update till they receive the last required document.

I don’t know how I feel because the examiner kept on stopping me. ����. Even the last question she asked me she couldn’t let me answer them. Then I think my only issue was her first question, I didn’t expand it� because she immediately asked me the next. I hope it won’t affect me .

Most often they do that when they have determined your proficiency already. If you started well thats good, otherwise maybe unfavourable.

Btw it is a way of rattling you.

The status of my WES application changed to 'in progress' yesterday but it has changed back to 'on hold' today.
Please does anyone knows what could be responsible for this, more so CIPM informed that they have sent the hard copy of transcript to WES, which is the only item showing as pending.

Also please does anyone has confirmation if WES has started accepting hard copy transcript now.

you can get your transcript and have ETX mail it electronically to WES.

Check the web address provided, quite informative

Those looking at submitting certificates to WES electronically, i got this response from WES

"Hello, submitting the documents electronically also applies to applicants wanting an evaluation for IRCC immigration. If your institution uses ETX-NG, you may provide WES with access to your electronic academic documents. Go to wes.etx.ng and click on the appropriate electronic academic request form and follow the steps. ETX-NG facilitates the electronic transmission of academic documents from your institution to WES. Applicants with a valid WES reference number can see the full list of institutions or universities that work with ETX-NG.
