dania30: They kinda made it mandatory for all graduates to register online and u are right about the mobilization thingy, it depends on the school. So even though u reg online and ur school doesn't send ur name to nysc it's kinda useless undecided. And the callup letter feature is optional for this batch which attracts 4k to print and reprint. But it's optional. Just be sure and find out from ur coursemates and see what they are up to
Okay , thanks so much you have been very helpful

dania30: U bin travel out? grin. Welcome o! It has. Since last week sef....u could check portal.nysc.gov.ng for list of accredited centres around u and also check nysc home page for procedures and any other info.
Cheers!
Am sure it's just to print out call up letter right , because I want to believe that the online registration depends on the stance of the university if they would be mobilizing an individual or not or if it is the case that the individual has fulfilled all righteousness

Seun: It depends on what's available in your area. My vet store in Sango Ota doesn't have Arion puppy food, for example. They only have pedigree & jojo. So you can check the vet stores close to you to find out what they have and then we'll help you to pick the best one of the bunch. The best ones usually have a meat source listed as the first ingredient. Those that list grains as the first ingredient e.g. Pedigree aren't ideal. You should buy the 2 or 3 best brands/flavours of dog food available and feed a different one in each meal to keep things interesting for your dog.
Okay thanks sire , would see about that n get back to you
Pets › Re: What Food Or Diet Is Best For A German Shepherd Dog by spenca(op): 11:39am On Aug 27, 2014
Seun: A growing puppy needs complete and balanced puppy food. You should give him the recommended amount of it daily. A home-cooked food may not give your puppy all the nutrients he needs for perfect growth and development, but puppy food from a reputable brand probably will. Once he is fully grown you can start saving money by switching to cheaper foods, but for now you should give him the best puppy food you can afford.
Any suggestion sir?

I have a 7weeks old German Shepard, and I am kind of confused on what to feed him, I usually gave him some noodles grinded with fish and crayfish and all also bought some can food for him but apart from this what else can I give him. And yes he is a lively little boy that bites me frequently

davidmascot: GREAT IFE STUDENTS’ UNION PRESS STATEMENT
ON THE OSUN STATE ELECTIONS:AS OSUN
PEOPLE DECIDE: OUR POSITION AS GREAT IFE
STUDENTS’ UNIONGreat Nigerian people, good
people of Osun State, gentlemen of the press and
ever conscious Nigerian students:An important
feature of every democracy is periodic elections,
this which the Nigerian clime and sacrosanct
constitution permit to be held every four years is
what will happen in Osun state come 9th August
2014. Nigeria has witnessed, since her
independence, various elections with some
marred with allegations of rigging and lack of
fairness in the electoral system. Such issues over
the years have either been buried or settled in
the court of law. We implore the good people of
Osun to ensure that they desist from such action
and inactions that may render this coming
elections controversial and at the same time
paint the countryNigeria and Osun state in bad
colours. This national disgrace must be prevented
now!In the spirit of the aforesaid it isexigent to
point out that the best way to have both moral
and legal leverage over whoever emerges at the
polls isto ensure that you cast your vote for the
best candidate. Good people of Osun should
employ their critical mind at thepolls. It is
important that we continue to secure the future
ofthe state with our votes as our conscience and
the generation will demand that we account for
actions today. Let us conduct ourselves as
peaceful patriots of the state and the country at
large. Desist from allforms of electoral violence
and manipulation of intention at thepolls. To all
political parties that have candidates and all elder
statesmen in the state, it is important to remind
you to desist from sponsoring any form of
electoral malpractice and violence as your time
will go and another will come. Lay agood path for
the present generation of youths in order that
you may see a better Nigeria which you fought at
Independence. To all Nigerian Students in Osun
state
, it is important that we restate as Great IFE
Students Union that the Union remains non-
partisan as this isagainst the ethics, principles and
traditions of our great Union. In the same light we
implore other Students’ Union and Students’
movement in thestate to desist from being
partisan as this will be tantamount to dredging a
hole in the future of our country, Nigeria. We are
the leaders of tomorrow they say but which
nation do we intend to lead if we betray its future
from now? Let us as Nigerian students conduct
ourselves at the polls as peaceful citizens and cast
our votes as critically minded individuals which.
We must not allow ourselves to be used as
political tools in the hands of the political
gladiators for their unholy intentions during and
after the elections!Long live Great Ife!Long live
OAU!Long live Osun!Long live Nigeria!

coded80: are u sure?If it were to be olevel matter now i could have said u are correct.
Because is usually in olevel matter that they do push even without connection
That why I said he needs to lobby to be given an art course with that combination and if you are to be given an art course would be determined by your o levels and if all o levels are credit and above I would advise you lobby for history so you can combine with inter Rel.

coded80: eeya u will be admitted for sure, but u are not going to resume with them

ur admission will be canceled during registration/screening
ur jamb combination should be like this

eng/maths/econs/govt or
eng/maths/biology/govt or
eng/maths/geography/govt or
eng/maths/history/govt or
eng/maths/yoruba/govt

this are the right combination of jamb for oau department of history and international relation, faculty of administration

if ur combination were to be lit in eng, english, crk, govt, i would have say maybe they can push u to faculty of art with longleg.

reason=u have wrong jamb combination.
U cant study 'international relation' in oau without offering mathematics in jamb.
It very painful sha, after all ur effort.anyway dis could teach u a lesson.alway follow instruction b4 filling a document. Dont bother to pay the sch fee cause it could be a waste and oau wont return ur money after payment.

So painful

wish u better luck next time
He can still push to art, that is faculty of humanities , with that combination if he has someone to lobby for him/her, infact the individual can lobby for history and then combine with the dept of international relations, quite simple!

Nairaland General › Re: At Last, Oyinlola Defects To APC by spenca: 6:07am On Aug 05, 2014
talk2smat: The estranged National Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party and a former Governor of Osun State, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola, has said that he will defect to the ruling All Progressives Congress in Osogbo today.

When contacted on the telephone by our correspondent, on Monday, Oyinlola, who confirmed that he would join the APC, said: “So it is. I am joining the APC.”

Sources within the APC told our correspondent that Oyinlola would join the APC today at the mega rally of the ruling party which is scheduled to hold in Osogbo.

The development has generated excitement in the camp of the APC because the former governor is considered to be very influential in the politics of the state just as his defection is seen as a boost to Governor Rauf Aregbesola’s chances of securing a second term in office in the election holding on Saturday.

It became obvious that Oyinlola’s crisis with the PDP was far from being over as he stayed away from the PDP mega rally which was attended by President Goodluck Jonathan, Vice President Namadi Sambo, the National Chairman of the PDP, Alhaji Adamu Muazu; and the leaders of the party last Saturday.

If Oyinlola defects to the APC as scheduled, then all former governors in the state would be members of the ruling party.

Aregbesola had disclosed recently at a campaign in Iwo that Oyinlola had become a member of the APC.

Aregbesola said, “When the PDP was united as one party, we defeated them. Now the good ones among them have left and are now with us. All former elected governors in the state are now with Aregbesola.

“The first elected governor, Alhaji Isiaka Adeleke, is with us; the second governor, Baba (Bisi) Akande is with us. The third governor Omo’ba (Prince), is also with us. I can say this but they cannot say it.

“But a former deputy governor, who was chased away from office is the one they are banking on to win the election, they are joking.

“Their candidate has never won any election and he cannot win this one. The only election he won was a gift to him from the prince and he did not win but the election was manipulated for him.”

The National Chairman of the APC, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun; Chief Bisi Akande and Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, had immediately after the defeat of Governor Kayode Fayemi by Mr. Ayo Fayose in Ekiti State, visited Oyinlola at his residence in Okuku to woo him to join the party.

Oyinlola is expected to be received by the national leaders of the APC at the mega rally.

The Chairman of the PDP in Osun State, Alhaji Gani Olaoluwa, when contacted, wished Oyinlola well in his new party.

Olaoluwa said, “There is neither a permanent friend nor a permanent enemy in politics. We wish Oyinlola well in his new party. But we are expecting him to congratulate us on August 10. We are expecting his congratulatory message after we might have been declared the winner of the election.

“The people of the state are against Aregbesola. So, no matter the number of former governors teaming up with him, he will fail. Aregbesola will soon become a former governor because Senator Iyiola Omisore is winning the election by the grace of God.

“The APC is now the party of former governors in Osun State. Aregbesola should be preparing to join the league of former governors.”

donroxy: people like you are simply hypocrite !

There is standard committee instituted to recommend moon sighting to the sultan of sokoto through the Secretary General and Ishaq called Sultan Four times tonight (as reported in the news) where sultan never mentioned sighting of the moon !!

What Sultan announced is not based on the recommendation of NSCIA's moon sighting committee !

So, why misrepresenting the person of Oloyede who is the Best VC unilorin ever had , go to Unilorin and see what this man turned the school into !
For your information running uni ilorin is different from controlling the Muslim umar in Nigeria , calling the sultan four times doesn't mean the sultan had the info about the moon at hand when he called neither does the sultan report to ishaq ? Your type shouldn't ever quote me because you lack the ethos of a dialogue, so take your trash n everything that has been done in ilorin to your hole n float beneath it.
