Chiamaka01: Oau doesn't do change of course. If you didn't meet the cutoff, you should go and meet a lecturer or an official to help you with a course close to the one you were aspiring for.

FYI O.A.U has a form called change of course form but it doesn't just apply to anything been discussed here , of you are to obtain that form which is free you must have been provided an admission slot by O.A.U.
