you currently serving in Lagos and got a place in ibadan right? Relocation is the first step to take before PPA. But if you mean changing your PPA within Lagos state, YES you can. It'd only cost you money

With the way things are going, APC will field Jonathan, except for the Atiku factor. Although, PDP is dead as far as presdency is concerened. They may still retain theumir states though.

you might not be allowed in camp with discrepancy in name. Endeavour to do your registration earlier and effect the changes. It's likely to be corrected. They've been positive result so far in regards to name correction, though not all.
