Then send to them. I think this will be okay.

Yes, it's renewal. Refusal letter doesn't indicate that I have a right to administrative review, but sighting the errors from the visa officer, I've sent a complain raising these concerns.

Same thing happened in 2020, I requested for a review and had the decision upturned, because it was established that the ECO indeed erred.

Let me start by recommending @sokotogudali's cover letter. It was very detailed and I followed the same format. The truth is I made a decision to visit UK on 1st April, I had no earlier plans prior to that date, my bank statements were a mess, so I decided to explain every single income in my account as recommended by sokotogudali . I explained every single income in my account and son's account. My travel budget was also more than two times of my monthly income but not up to three times. I included the following documents:
1. Employment letter with introduction letter
2. Letter of invite with passport page of invitee and utility bills
3. Marriage certificate
4. Letter of consent for my son ( I am travelling with my son)
5. Bank statements(savings, salary and domiciliary)
6. Utility bill of my residence.
7. Husband's passport page
8. Son's birth certificate and result from his 2nd term exam and 3rd term calendar
9. My son's statement of account indicating his dad has sent the sum for his travel ticket
10. Letter of consent and sponsor ship for my son
11. A lot of family photographs
12. My work payslip
13. My previous visas
14. A 5 paged cover letter explaining my travel itinerary, my bank statements, my other income apart from my salary.

Ok.. the reason I asked for lump sum explanation is that there are other sums that came into the account (not salary account). She buys gold from Dubai and sells to her colleagues but its informal so no receipts. People also send money to helpthrm buys stuff when she travels again, no reciepts for this so I don't know we need to explain some of them.

Also what can serve as birth certificate if the original is lost? Applicant has two affidavits; 1 issued in 2018 bearing only the father's name and one issued in 2020 bearing only the mother's name. Parents are divorced so no marriage certificate. Sponsor is mother. Applicant has been issued UK and US visas as a minor but we cannot find the application forms. We have the mother's own though. If we attach the mother's old UK application form where she mentions applicnt as her child dependent, will this serve as proof (we will also attach the 2020 affidavits too). If not, what best can serve? Will family photographs work?

Hi,
At monthly income of over 1m, you have a good financial base. You don't need any explanation of bulk fund. You just attach your monthly pay stubs or pay slips for each of those inflow in your bank statement. If you have your employment agreement where your income is stated, attach it too. Highlight where your salary is stated in the document for easy reference. Bank statement of 3 weeks old is just ok. I suppose it dates back six month. If they need you to update it when its being reviewed they will send a mail asking you to.

Hello house, for someone with monthly income of over 1m, whats the appropriate amount to start explanations for as bulk sum. Also, do I need to present the statement from which the school fees was paid? Thirdly, a bank statement that is 3weeks old, is it too stale for submission? if there is an option for more than 1 year program you can choose that. usually before you can only purchase for a year and keep renewing in ireland yearly
