Go to your bank please. Some banks are holding on to the money because it’s a foreign inflow. Everyone I know that applied had been paid

I submitted a business account but I'm still yet to receive it
Investment / Re: Facebook's N500m Grants Programme For Smbs - Updates by spiceeamiee(f): 9:03am On Dec 18, 2020
They actually did not need a 3monthe statement. They only needed the bank Statement header that shows your business Name and address

Twinmama:

Hi, how were you able to give them three months statement of account?

There is a thread for TEEL on Nairaland. Please check for it. Core quest is based on my observation from people I know who are currently on it.

omopretty1:
Can you please shed more light on TEEL and Corequest?

Investment / Re: Facebook's N500m Grants Programme For Smbs - Updates by spiceeamiee(f): 3:13pm On Dec 17, 2020
After all the stress. So sorry..I however remember them saying that the grant would only be paid into a business account. You could have quickly opened one cos thats what I did as soon as I started the application.

Georgemoore:
CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF YOU THAT RECEIVED THE CASH, finally, I have been expelled after signing the latter of offer and my status change to AWARDED and latter change to PAYMENT FAILED. (Maybe becos i used personal account)

I received a mail from them this morning in this regard.

I did not provide any document. My account officer merely asked me to write a letter asking the bank to convert the foreign exchange to local currency and the equivalent paid into my account which was what i did and within two hours the money was paid to me in Naira

Muhdsadeeqm:
Please can I know the document you provides to the bank before they disburse the money into your account. Because my account manager said he doesn't know what to do, because he has never done any kind of transaction like this.

So what is the update? Did they pay?

Omamaramma:
Expecting my ROI today, will keep everyone updated
Investment / Re: Facebook's N500m Grants Programme For Smbs - Updates by spiceeamiee(f): 5:08pm On Dec 14, 2020
Ask them to convert it to Naira and send it to your naira account. I use Zenith and I have been paid since the first day

Muhdsadeeqm:
Please is there anyone from Zenith bank that receive his money.
Cuz my account handler said I must open another bank before they can deposit the money into the account.

Please I am sending you an email. I need a mentor and I have been following your posts.

Chumachu:

Three options I use.

1) Open a US dorm account and save your ROI in dollars.

2) Open a piggyvest account. Download the app from appstore or playstore. Convert your naira to dollars by tapping the flex dollar account and funding it. This is better because they give a 5% to 7% interest per year.

3) Open a binance account. This is a crypto - currency app. Transfer naira to it and buy the currency called USDT. 1 USDT = 1 USD. you can also decide to fix the USDT there and get about 5% interest per annum.

My naira account is always empty except for emergency funds which I try not to keep above 500k. That 1.25% interest rate per annum offered by savings accounts in banks is appalling.

Cheers.

Investment / Re: Corequest Capital Investment. Real Or Scam? by spiceeamiee(f): 1:40pm On Nov 27, 2020
Did Quint. I like the fact that you can get both capital and ROI in 30days which was what I did. Was paid mid this month no stories. I will try again mid january when everywhere is calm. Who knows about or has done TEEL?

Chumachu:
I have rounded up any form of investment for the year.

The next phase of investment will be real estate however one silent investment company has caught my interest, it goes by the name Corequest Capital.

They only receive investments in cycles and only start another investment at the end of the previous investment cycle.

They have a 30% over 40days plan and a 20% over 30days/monthly plan.

I have not invested
. There seems to be an in quote 'forex boom' in the Nigerian investment space. How long will this possibly Last? Perhaps, we will never know.

Hopefully we are privileged enough to distinguish the bad eggs.

I have been lucky so far with the ones I joined except for pennywise which I was 100% sure was ponzi but still ventured. No risk no reward I guess.

Others on the list which I observe from a distance for now are

1) brisk capital
2) quintessential
3) latest one is CoreQuest capital.

Let us discuss. CoreQuest capital, legit or scam. Give your reasons.

Please for those that will come here with negative comments, I don't mind but give your reasons. Don't just open your mouth waaa like ambulance.

Positive comments, also share your reasons.

Cheers.

CBN policies. You can't transfer or withdraw from dorm accounts. This has been on for over 4months now.

SerAce:

How about transfer to Aboki?

Investment / Re: Facebook's N500m Grants Programme For Smbs - Updates by spiceeamiee(f): 12:45pm On Nov 27, 2020
You can't transfer from dorm account so the money is going to stay there until CBN changes the rules but for now, you can't transfer or withdraw from dorm account.

sammirano:

why not open a dorm account and have it transferred there.
Investment / Re: Facebook's N500m Grants Programme For Smbs - Updates by spiceeamiee(f): 11:24am On Nov 27, 2020
Please what other options do we have to convert this money besides CBN rate? My AO told me I cannot withdraw it over the counter to sell and using the CBN rate will give 395k. Is there any other way to go about this?
Investment / Re: Facebook's N500m Grants Programme For Smbs - Updates by spiceeamiee(f): 9:24am On Nov 27, 2020
If the bank converts with CBN rate it's about 395k but using black market rate is about 480k. Thing is you can't withdraw it over the counter so you can't even sell it to Aboki sef. Na to use either bank rate or just leave it in a dom account.

Twinmama:

Ha, this is bad o, loosing 100k out of 400k is too bad.
Investment / Re: Facebook's N500m Grants Programme For Smbs - Updates by spiceeamiee(f): 9:22am On Nov 27, 2020
Lmao. People claimed? Na wa o. So I will come and lie that Facebook paid me if they did not when we have all been here on this thread anticipating the money? And if you read my first payment post you will see where I clearly mentioned Zenith. The other person that confirmed mentioned GTBank. I also clearly stated that my bank called me so what other information do you want? Na wa

LibraX:

Since I have started reading comments, this is the only helpful and detailed comment I have seen.
People just keep giving half information e.g those acknowledging they’ve received it. They all failed to mention the name of their banks- atleast that way others will know the banks that have processed for real and have a clear path on how to go about the challenge- just instructions of “go to your bank” if you got email notifications or got called to be informed please state it clearly with the name of your bank included. If we want to be helpful let’s be helpful to the core. I called my Relationship Officer (GTbank) but he kept giving me reasons why it should drop without an protocol since I have all the dorm accounts ($,€,£,¥). But some people here claimed that Gtbank and Zenith bank have paid (or paying). I don’t know what to believe. Gists here reminds me to always trust my google map for directions other than listening to someone telling me take your right, turn left, walk straight

Go to the bank and ask for your account officer and ask him. My account officer called me to let me know. I want to explore all possible options before either asking them to open an Euro dorm account or ask them to convert it.

I just called my bank (Sterling Bank) now and i was told the money has not dropped? What should i do?

We would be losing close to a 100k using CBN rate. Wished this was paid in USD. Would have been much better.

lincDzinc:

The money is definitely with the bank - I can speak for GTB and Zenith - They already sent mails out to the Relationship Officers of beneficiaries.

The relationship officers might delay in relaying the info to you.

However for other banks since the wire transfer was done via SWIFT, they definitely have the funds.

So please go to your bank tomorrow morning.

You might be required to fill a form ( Proof Of Funds ).

You can print out the mails/docs from deloitte.

I don't have Euro account , so am settling for the banks rate.

Congrats again.
Investment / Re: Facebook's N500m Grants Programme For Smbs - Updates by spiceeamiee(f): 4:39pm On Nov 26, 2020
Its Euro. I just confirmed from my bank. This should be 400k at CBN rate or more at black market rate.

twinpapa:
We don't know if everyone would be paid same day. But that $873 no reach ₦400k wey dem promised. I just hope everyone who has been awarded will get paid. Congratulations
Investment / Re: Facebook's N500m Grants Programme For Smbs - Updates by spiceeamiee(f): 3:58pm On Nov 26, 2020
Wait.. the payment is in Euro, not dollar? Please confirm because my bank is telling me its dollar so make I know weather I dey go para for them tomorrow.

lincDzinc:

Ohh pele.. but is is euro o.. 873.12

Please do not let them use dollar rate for you.

You can walk any of the GTB and give them an instruction to covert to the naira equivalent.

Regards
Investment / Re: Facebook's N500m Grants Programme For Smbs - Updates by spiceeamiee(f): 2:55pm On Nov 26, 2020
Thing is you cant withdraw your dollars over the counter and I don't think you can transfer it either, at least I know GTbank wont let you transfer. So the money is stuck unless they convert it to CBN rate and pay in Naira. Honestly Nigerian banks are so useless.

lincDzinc:

Likewise - You can open a dorm, sell at black market.. lol.. cbn rate na 38something o.

Congrats.

And Congrats again to everyone.

Thank you Facebook.

Hello house, my bank (Zenith) just notified me that they git an inflow of 873 usd for me which I know is for the grant so they are advising me to either open a dorm account or for them to convert it at the CBN rate for me (awon werey). Anyways just letting you know they are disbursing it so get in touch with your banks people!

Those that received payment when were you called? I was called last week and then I and my employees were called yesterday although one of them could not talk to them due to network issues. My application line is also full. Do I have hope of receiving money soon?
