Hello All, I have been called and my status is showing verified but no payment yet. How long do I have to wait? Also none of my employees were called.

I also thought they would pay enough to cover 3months of payroll. Why am I seeing that they paid people 30k? Naija na wa

I feels so pained by the anguish we all here are going through.. and this is us with a bit of investment knowledge that were able to diversify our investments. I know people that put in their whole life earnings (20M and above) into this, wanting to cash out quickly. Can't readily blame them even though this also calls for the need not to put all out eggs in one basket.

I had gotten prior info that they intend to start paying 25% of refunds per week until all refunds are cleared but I did not give it any thought. Then someone stated that they got their 25% this evening and posted proof and well, maybe they are actually keeping to their words. So many things were wrong with the business model but then, we saw the risk and still took it. I pray and hope we all get a major share of our monies back. 2020 has been hard enough.

I want to insult you but I won't. Anyaso has played a fast one on everyone including people that believed in him. I have resolved to let it go. If they pay, fine. If not we live to invest another day.

This thread has been in existence for long and we have all shared our findings on different investment platforms but here you are mouthing off on what you know nothing about.

It's easy to see that you were paid for this. I have it on good authority that the map is in serious trouble and that one may need to employ brute force to get his or her money back. If you can employ bouncers, please do. If you have connections in the army, kindly use it. The map is crumbling and the only way you can get your money is by going to any of their offices (Lekki in particular) with a physical presence.

That applies to people who are paid weekly. If you did not get this week's payment, then they are working to ensure you get paid twice next week.

Continuously doing live videos may just sound like empty promises. Infact when the group went with was with a different intention but when we got presented with facts, we could see the work they were doing in the background. We could also see the lapses which they admitted to. One of the core problems is that he did not get core professionals to work with him from beginning, giving sensitive positions to people with core corporate experience. He has however recently hired this professionals ( we saw a few). Also strong suggestions on how to easily resolve the issues on ground was made to him. The payment is ongoing. I can confirm. However it is slower than people would have liked and that i know, from what i saw today they are working on.

The meeting was held at a secret location, not at the map's office. Please if you can allay the fears of those you know, it would really help. Suggestions had to be made for workers to be relocated to somwhere else so that they can work without tension from the investors gathered in the office and this suggestion was taken. There are a whole lot going on in the background but Anyaso mma is trying his best. However some of his team members have not been up and doing. I personally like the fact he brought in other professionals and consultants, sort of what ThriveAgric did. Please talk to the people you know. I saw what was going on in the background and i know they are working but they need people to be patient.

I was at TheMap today. Could you please confirm YOU were physically present at this meeting and this message is not a copy and paste from another group or platform? I didn't see their MD or any of the senior managers there today but it could be that the meeting ended before I came in. This message is more positive than what I saw or experienced today. My outstanding payment that I went to their office to report last Friday when I got there today they asked me to be patient that it was not keyed in so I needed to give them the details all over again. This guy burnt goodwill of over two years in less than two months.

You will be paid. Themap is seriously working. If i was not there today me too would doubt them. They have brought in external consultants and professionals to help them. The MD got in way over his head but its a good thing he realised and is trying to backtrack.

So a meeting was held with some of Themaps executives and investors. Below are some of the resolution reached;

Good day all,

Thank you for your patience and steady communication while we were with the MD and top management of TheMap.ng earlier today.

The meeting held in Lekki and lasted for about 4 hours and below are some of the noted points.

1. The map is working round the clock to make payment for both GVs and requested refunds.

2. There is a communication disconnect between their team which they are trying to resolve and results are already manifesting.

3. The finance head made things difficult by not liasing with CRM officials and other department. Anyaso made us to understand that he has been removed and that there will be new improvements in payment.

4. They have hired more hands to help the invoice and finance team.

5. We are getting dedicated CRM officers to resolve our issues as long as you are a member of this group.

6. Other groups will be created and CRM officers assigned to them as well to help streamline dispute resolution.

7. They are working really hard to clear the backlogs. The Paystack integration is coming up soon.

8. The new website will incorporate a login portal for partners to be able to view their investments seamlessly.

9. External consultants have been contacted to resolve all the issues and help put the system in order to serve us better.

10. Partners who might not receive payment this week will get double payments next week to compensate for the backlog, in order to get the system on track.

11. However, we need to be patient with them. They are trying their best to correct the mistakes that has been done. There is no need to panic. It's hard but TheMap ng will come through but only if we stick with them and give them the necessary supports.
