Wish i can get into this, has never used a framework. Never really understands what those does. Though yes, i have the basic idea of it being bunch of classes and functions commonly used and therefore makes it faster to develop and app. Also, stupid semantics stuffs, MVC and co., doesnt really get it. So, i think i better research on those

The poll method, where people shouldn't answer a pole more than once. Its easy because your users would be registered and have to login first before they answer. Normalise your database by 1 table would hold user details, 1 table would hold questions and 1 table would hold answers. FK of user id's would be on the other tables and FK of question id's on answers table.

If a logged in user-id by session already has a comment on the answer's table where question id is the question id, then view answers only else display answers and comment form.

For those voting for the browser, i suggest a plugin for every browser that can correct all browser compatibility issueson the installed browser.

Nope, get a lawyer fast. Even if the dpo follows put to court, he needs the afflicted to be on his side because the judge will ask the afflicted to come and state his part on the case. And if the afflicted says he aint coming,then the case is closed. For now, u cant sue the police till the afflicted case,if opened is closed
