zalight: If the saying ''we are what we eat'' is correct then it will not be wrong to say we are who we worship. This Indians worship everything infact there is a diety they worship that has multiple heads and they worship this shit with passion and commitment.I have been opportune to visit that incredible country before and this kind of children are not rare infact they are celebrated and the parents praised for re incanating thier god.in some rare occasions the kids are separated by medical operation but most times this kids are left in the temple to be worshiped.

I sometimes get tired of responding to ppl who type without thinking.
How is God responsible for this? Do you know what the woman ingested while she was pregnant? There are certain substances that cause genetic mutation of a foetus, so read up before you start venting your anger at God. MTCHEW

Who is this c'um bucket!?

What's the point you are trying to make here? That Krishna gives conjoined babies to its worshippers or what?

Don't knw y pple tend 2 interpret scriptures literally most times..Jeez

It's funny how you people always come out to twist the bible passages which are written in simple English by saying "we can't understand the things of the spirit"... Yet fail to explain what "the spirit" is trying to say...

Y'all are deluded fhucks.... If you knw better than the word of God then write your own bible, until them, the bible is our only reference book

musKeeto: Religious ignoramuses killing the beauty of this thread.

GOD is responsible for this. He created all things, all things, both good and what y"all term evil.. Everything He does He claims to do for his glory.

John 9
As he went along, he saw a man blind from birth. 2 His disciples asked him, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?”
3 “Neither this man nor his parents sinned,” said Jesus, “but this happened so that the works of God might be displayed in him.

Most Xtians on Nl dont even know crap about the Bible.. the God of the Bible is evil and created men for his entertainment. Deal with it...

Preach on bro...

I can't wait for Jesus to pass by and heal this one.. I wonder which of the two heads will have to die in the miracle.... Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaaaaaaaaaa grin

Sweet Jesus, how wonderful you are

Education / Re: Imo To Establish Four New Universities. by SpiritofOkija(m): 11:23am On Jul 07, 2012
nwabobo: Imo State government says it has, in collaboration with four foreign based universities, concluded plans to establish four new universities in the state this year.

Disclosing this cheering news to newsmen in Owerri before he left for Lagos, Governor Rochas Okorocha said the arrangement was in line with the free education programme of his administration for Imo children.

“The measure would help accommodate the overwhelming number of Imo indigenes seeking admission into institutions of higher learning in the country”, Okorocha explained.

Answering a question, the Governor said government has released the sum of N400 million in addition to what he termed “other logistics”, to ensure immediate take off of the projects.
Continuing, the Governor said his administration would in September this year, commence the distribution of free uniforms, sandals, desks and books to all primary and secondary school students, adding that this is part of the plan to encourage education in the state.

He frowned at a situation where parents and guardians engaged their children and wards in economic activities during school hours at the detriment of their education.

Governor Okorocha gave an assurance that education would remain a top priority of his administration and passionately appealed to parents and guardians to take advantage of the free education policy and educate their children.

The government would begin the distribution of "free desks".... Were the children supposed to learn on the floor before.?

Universities all over and I am yet to hear anything about technical colleges .. Abi skilled labour has no place in Imo State..

Other states are busy with solid sustainable infrastructure, rochas is busy building schools.. I wonder where these grads would all work? IMO state civil service I guess...

Rochas is still a person that has a 5000lbs rhino as a wife... angry

Castos: This is obviously redicullous! Why do poeple blame God for this?

Because the bible says in the books of psalm 126 that "children are an inheritance of the lord, and the fruit of the womb is his reward". Plus God is touted as the creator of all living things.

SOLLY_BOY: i was at the FARFARU CAMP some yrs back in SOKOTO.........Poor food, bad water, rubbish matRASH, plenty almanjiri to steal your items......
Now working, i got to know that it is costing the Federal Government N1.2m to keep a CORPS MEMBER for the one yr of service...(this was b4 JONAH push allawe go 19k).

Simple analysis shows that a corps member collect 9750 x 12 = 117,000

This leaves about N 1,083,000 for things like KIT and CAMPING

Pls can someone educate me more why the kits are dat poor (my white tennis did not last for a week), and the food on camp that bad ?

anyway, a little ALUTA on camp brought some change of mind from those hungry NYSC officials sha o

God will hv to help NIger.........

We don bad , no be today

Shey wen I ask the question of how much it costs the government to keep a corp member in Camp for a year, everybody lock up..

When I served, I was court marshalled because I talk say make Platoon Leaders wey DG of NYSC give money for welcoming him to camp no remit the money to NYSC officials..

Till now, the matter still makes me laugh!!

Guess how much?! 20'k (total was 60'k)... When I put hand for pocket bring out 100,k cash for inside court, everybody cool down.. What saved me was that move because I had to prove to those hungry NYSC staff that I came into camp with more than their Monthly salaries .. Idiotta

Icon4s: My son started d Toddler class @ 1yr 6months. By next sessiön's commencement he'l b in nursery @ 2yrs 6months. By calculation he should b in pry one @ 5yrs 6months which is ok by me. I started my pry sch @ exactly d month I clocked 6yrs, finished my Sec sch 3months b4 I was 18yrs & University Educatiön @ 25 yrs 6months. I never failed. wonder how pple finish @ 21-22yrs!(govt uni).

Most people graduate secondary school at 16.. In Nigeria, 15/16 is the benchmark age for graduating secondary sch such that by 22, you should have graduated your Masters degree..

Mentcee:

Mr. Lawyer, 'sharrap' as in shut the f up and quit displaying crass ignorance of the provisions of the extant laws and procedure in Nigeria. First of all, we do not operate the jury system here. Secondly, laws are meant to be obeyed, and it is immaterial that it doesn't suit a negligible minority made up of ill informed and prejudiced persons like you who are ignorant of and entirely removed from the immediate facts surrounding the necessity for that law. A practical demonstration of the puerility of your sham misrepresentation of facts is that the the majority of those that made that law are graduates if not all, including Mr. Eugene Odo, the Speaker who is a lawyer of high standing and his colleague, Mr. Chinedu Nwamba and also Dr. Chukwunwike Ogbuabor who is a medical doctor ( methinks a consultant) widely known for his community health programmes before his electoral victory. Law passed by the state houses of assemblies are LAWS not ACTS! I do not begrudge you your freedom to represent any client who feels a law is unconstitutional if you're qualified to do so in Nigeria(doubts). And you said that "
And an 'Act' is not a 'Law'!! Its only given the force of law if consented by the accussed!" (sic) madness! How i wish you'd read this. Even armed robbers have a right to earn a living. I have no grain of doubt in my mind that its your ilk that know very little and cos you stay overseas(hope so) you feel free to talk real shiz abt Nigeria.

You shouldnt have bothered,... I already called him a mo'ron in our native language... And except Nimo (his Village) also counts as overseas, that muthafucker has never set foot in Onitshe/Akwa talkless of a metropoitan city like Lagos..

Nigerians dont need experience in the harsh realities of life.. We live it everyday.. Look at the bus that took me from Calabar to Camp.. Thats a harsh reality of life.. I sat with chickens and goats and fermented tomatoes for almost 5 hours!

Those Pllunkers take the money from the Federal Government, pocket it and get us some old women from their villages to cook us crap at a reduced price..

Go ask your parents whaT NYSC food use to be like in their days...

That 1 Naira note was a classic... The best note we ever had..

I remember those days very well..

Even the 50kobo note..

I wonder how we ever lost that... Today our monies are Polymer.. Children use 1 naira coins to play and amuse each other.

I remember buying buscuits with 50koba and getting some change as at 1989. This is absolute bullshit!!

We need a revolution.. Give me some of that Old time money..
