u can download ebooks if u search via google .

also go to cisco website & get full details about exams .

u can also decide to start through Juniper certification instead of Cisco.

I have ccna, ccna security & CCNP videos .

very few companies are willing to hire without experience except banks & some finance houses.

people do what you are passionate about .
keep improving yourself . ccna, CCNP . if u can afford it do CCIE first.

keep fiddling with gns 3 and improving yourself.

read those Cisco official guides regularly. let the knowledge base stick.

and just be ready for that opportunity when it surfaces.
