finally. i thought male menopause was going to catch up with him. . bumped into him once at a fast food place in festac. dude was wrinkled! seriously tv did him good. real life, i wasnt impressed.

people just dont go out of their way looking for sickle cell carriers to marry. its not a fantastic idea .but some things , you just cant help. who am i to judge people's decisions? as long as they know what they are in for and are willing to do it.

of course they still have their crisis but with proper medication the episodes are reduced and contained. its amazing how in nigeria sickle cell kills so many . sickle cell is no big deal here. its just another disease that can be successfully managed and contained. but then its a personal choice. if you cant marry the person, then get a'stepping! no be by force.

its annoying how naive americans can be atimes. i answer dumb questions all the time. like "how did you get to america"? i dont tell them we have an airport. i tell them i crawled on my hands and knees and then swung on trees for the rest of the way till i got to the u.s. they also ask "how come ur english is so good" ?. Do they think we just jabber, chatter and communicate in grunts?
