I specifically mentioned a case of someone owing you money. That person would not like to spend extra paying a lawyer. It's better to go to court than call police. Either way you will spend. But if you call police, he can go free. If you sue him, he must come to court to explain with a lawyer or with the money or a due promise to pay.

So after tracing his location, I paid a young lawyer baddie N100k then to sue him. My lawyer and I bargained the amount no matter how the case lasts and I paid half.

On the court day, he was jisting with the judge who asked the guy when he could pay up. The guy said within three months and I got judgement instantly. The judge told the man he would jail him if he failed to pay. I got my money.
