superstar1: we always mistake. most african countries can only boast of 1 or 2 cities/towns apart from their capital that are conducive for living with all amenities at your finger tips. the only exception is South Africa, Nigeria and Egypt. Apart from Luanda, there is no meaningful development in other parts of Angola. It is definitely an aberration to be comparing Nigeria (even in our worst state) to Angola.

Luanda is a lovely city and i love the beach but the truth is, you can't compare it with Abuja.

i was about saying the same thing...African countries do make that silly mistake of developing their capital cities only...but come to think of it their population is way lesser than ours, maybe that why they focus mainly on their capital cities
