Happy New Week folks.

Christ embassy? Tahh!! I left that social gathering since school days, more than 9 year's ago, when one of the lady executive of the fellowship came up to minister with the shape of her V-jay showing glaring to the crowd due to the tight fisted trouser she wore. I and my friends just concluded it was going to be our last time in any of their gathering. And I was really growing there to become a leader there, with my Jerry curl hair and suit, omo con see fine boy hahaha. Anyways op you are invited to join Agape Christian Assembly, am sure you will love it.

Bro, I attend the headquarter church of Agape Christian Ministries/Assembly in Akure, otherwise known as Possibility ground. Guess its the branch church you attend in Lagos, if its the same church we're talking about here. I am sorry to say that despite the fact that our bishop will be worried about the issues raised by OP, he MAY be more worried at your comment, because if there's anything I have learnt from him, from a distance, it is his utmost lack of prejudice, apart from undeniable meekness, which every one attests to since his life, family and home have been very much open to church folks and the public. His wife says he is the most secure man she's met and we see it. I have watched him closely for years now and I am yet to see a trace of hypocrisy in him. Even though I am not a worker in the church, my own life has improved just by observing the way he deals with his wife, kids, pastors and members of the church. He will never judge or condemn anyone more so, those who bear the name of our Lord Jesus. I have become less judgemental too and I think you should emulate that, especially now that you are inviting someone to join us.Thanks.

Buy this lot now. Price is negotiable.

Good job nikky. Just stumbled on this thread now. Very sure you have greatly improved especially in terms of client management and functioning in your role as the chief consultant, as some folks admonished. You own the building as much as the client does. He is the financial owner. You are the design owner. Just as Frank Gehry, Lloyd wright, Jumoke Adenowo etc buildings are tagged after their names, so will yours. You are responsible for buildings you design. Take charge. Cheers.

Take a quantum leap now.

What do you mean by pay in installments?

Thanks. We mean once we do the bill of quantities, we can help you break it down into convenient stages/installments that will be easy for you to handle, within a reasonable span of time. This is to help you plan your budget to know how much to commit to your construction project per time.

obua:
Can't we buy in bits

No. It's being sold in two lots. These pictures represent one lot. You can, however, get a bigger dealer to by the lot while you may then arrange to get the quantity you need from that person.

I call her brave heart. I salute her courage. Our entertainment division did a film with a storyline around that plane crash incident she was involved in, coming out soon. It was same crash that took our dear Pastor BIM and some students of Loyola jesuit. Such will never happen in this country and the world again IJN.

Great job op. You could just leave your Whatsapp line for prospective clients.

An inspiring story, even though she didn't disclose the nitty gritty of her experiences for obvious understandable reasons. Guess the point was made, which to me is "Children of God are not helpless" because Jesus Christ said, I will not leave you helpless. Resilience, persistence and commitment to one's principles pay.

Good article @OP. Thanks.

The minister of information has said that those who want to judge the current administration must do so within the context of the situation the government met the nation after it took over power in May, 2015. He noted that the government inherited about 1.7trillion debts to indigenous contractors. He said the privatisation of the power sector, to put it mildly, could have been better done and rather than scrap it, the government decided to strengthen it by intervening in the liquidity issue between the generating companies and the gas suppliers. The interview is as monitored on Focus Nigeria, a programme on AIT anchored by Gbenga Aruleba.

Mods. This is FP material oo.

Seen. Just reverted too.

if you arent comfortable with a price, then very simply find another person/firm. This whole idea of getting consultancy services for free is quite unimpressive. I don't know of any other sector outside building/construction where this is obtainable. I cant simply fathom why anyone in the profession should render any of his service for free. If in the end the prices you quoted were outrageous, I would understand. from what I have seen so far, it isnt. You can't pretend not to know that you can hire the service of a Quantity surveyor to vet it for you. I am an Engr and it would be unfair for me to make mockery of another professional by offering his service for free, it is not a nice thing to do.

Very well said, although pro bono is allowed every once in a while in professional practice, it has its limits.
