Nigerians indeed lack capacity for critical thinking. And it's the reason we will continue to be taken for a ride by the looters. We see those who genuinely are working for our betterment as enemies while blindly praising the real enemies as benefactors just because of crumbs of today. This is indeed very shameful!
The IB was a blame master. He blamed Buhari and Tinubu for Boko Haram, was caught red-handed stealing to sponsor vile documentary against them, blame governors for ECA sharing but spent the FG's share. The list is endless yet Ben Bruce wants to blend lies and half-truth for us.

You must be day dreaming Mr Ben. Wake up joor and stop spilling lies that are unfounded and ridiculous.
Ben Bruce thinks everybody is daft. Didn't PDP and GEJ blame Buhari for BH, ECA sharing on Opposition and more? He even knew the sponsors of BH.

I guess we missed the part they mentioned exchange rate gains. What does that really mean? Are they multiplying our export dollar value by the new exchange rate? If so, then we exported way less than last year but are multiplying it by a new naira rate of ....huh Not sure tho but considering our economic situation, could we logically be exporting more? I know they banned charcoal wood from export sometime back. Anyone with clarification on this?
Didn't miss that part. It is good like that. In the long run that same exchange rate gain effect will help us reverse our weak Naira and boost local productivity.

Too much talk with little or no action. We are all tired of your fake promises that are only to get our votes. I feel this government is so insensitive to the plight of the common man.
Aside wasteful spending and stealing, what action did we see from PDP? No TSA, weak EFCC etc were the order of the day.

Buhari has so far been disappointing and I regret ever supporting him,is it the economy that we should talk about or the menace of Fulani herdsmen or falling naira or religious killings especially in the north?I want APC to lose Edo governorship election so that Buhari and APC can know that Nigerians are not happy with them
It is allowed. Even though you av 1 or 2 good points, I still support Buhari to turn things around PDP is an evil that must be avoided by all means. They are desperate to clinge unto state that will fund their mad crave for public money.

Nigeria is suffering due to an Insensitive n inefficient leadership u n ur likes brought upon ourselves. buhhairii n his team are apparently overwhelmed with d level of growth in d country n hv nothing to offer other than cheap lies n propaganda. They met a nation far above their competence, hence, d confusion n blame games. The truth is APC was neva ready for governance. A party without a road map or plan to benefit d people. It is a big shame on u to chose a nepa bill certificate holder as d president of d largest black nation.
U preferred a dullard to lead d fastest growing economy in Africa in a jet age.
U wanted a tyrant to preside over d leadership of a multi cultural n diverse nation as Nigeria n expect same result as America.
I smell hereditary zombiesmm in ur genes and do not expect u to disagree with me on ds unless u r a 'yaba left' hopeful.
Have you eaten breakfast today?
Keep blending propaganda with lies and insult. Buhari will turn things around to the shame of pathetic likes.

LoveMachine:

He said the President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration was simply being honest with the people instead of piling up debts and concealing the truth by pretending all was rosy.

“This government believes that Nigerians deserve to know the truth. People stole unbelievable amounts of money. The kind of money some of these ex-officials hold is itself a threat to the security of the state.

“Since it is not money earned, they feel no pain deploying just anyhow to thwart genuine and well-intentioned government efforts.

“Sadly, even that which was not stolen was wasted. Government coffers were left empty, with huge debts unpaid and unrecorded (this government is working to quantify the amount owed).

“Even the current high food prices can be traced to past deceit. For example, the previous government purchased fertilisers in 2014, worth N65 billion and left the bill unpaid.
Jonascam left all manner of traps for the current admin. He carefully piled up debts in sectors that can bring the economy to a halt(marketer, builders etc), employed more staff at the last second.
He paid N106B owed Rivers state under Ameachi in the last second of his admin for incoming Wike to the detriment of Nigeria even when N60B was being owed fertilizer suppliers.
Jonascam was a natural disaster.
