Politics › Re: CBN Boss, Emefiele May Resign Over Buhari’s Order To Change Colour Of naira note by stanech: 6:54pm On Sep 24, 2015 |
989900: 1. If you can't spell 'throat', while you should not keep silent on matters directly affecting us all, OTOH, you automatically lose your right to call another individual a 'dullard'.
2. Do you care to explain how Buhari is 100% responsible for our economic woes? BTW, I put it at 10-15% Buhari's fault, 50-60% past administrations' fault, and 20-30% global economy 'slowdown', and 'falling oil prices'.
3. Change of notes appearance comes with a 'time limit', which creates panic, panic which forces looters to make mistakes and get found. Which helps government to recover some monies (not only the local funds found, but put the caught individual under scrutiny) . . . now government needs money to actualize promises such as the ones you mentioned i.e. jobs, infrastructure, fighting BH and e.t.c.
It also sends a warning/discouragement to would be looters, making them more responsible in discharging their duties.
I can even go one further that, in good governance BH apologists/sympathizers would find better things to do than harbouring BH members for peanuts.
And just as job availabilty reduces armed robberies and other vices, it can 'reduce' BH's recruiting power too, coupled with zero tolerance to corruption.
1 I may not spell throat correctly but I am still smarter than the dullard 2. If after 4 months we still blame Jonathan for the economic woes then Buhari should resign Immediately. PS the economy should get better we are tired of all the excuses we don't care about the price of oil because it was the same excuse we heard during jonathan. 3. If buhari wants to improve the economy he needs a smart and very viable policy The change of the colour of the currency is not the right step to take at this moment if buhari was to be smart. It just goes to show that the man is short of ideas. He inherited a bad economy what we want to see now are policies that will revamp the economy. Not changing naira colour. That's just dumb |
Politics › Re: CBN Boss, Emefiele May Resign Over Buhari’s Order To Change Colour Of naira note by stanech: 1:26pm On Sep 24, 2015 |
989900: The below was your initial post:
Apparently, an attack on the president's person -- which is a given -- anyone can do that.
However, since an average 8 year old can spell 'throat' correctly, I'd expect someone calling the other ( a president/general) derogatory names should be smarter than an 8 year old.
OTOH, what valuable/credible intel do you have to discredit the 'rumour' in the article? So because I can't spell throat I should now remain silent when something is going wrong abi? Here you have a dullardd destroying the countries economy before your eyes and you are complaining about incorrect spelling. Now tell me how changing the colour of the currency will provide jobs for the youths, eliminate boko haram etc. |

You call some st00pid, silly, dumb, but you can't spell throat correctly? How does spelling throat as trot dispute the fact that it is a stuupid idea to be calling for change of colors of the naira at this critical time. |

Yunus2012: The Governor's spokesman has responded. He never denied the security report neither did he say what the government did. All he did was attack the APC. HE DID NOT ADDRESS THE ISSUE. so is it not save to assume that the spokesman knew APC was right? Hence the refusal to respond yo the issue. Bros give it a rest. Fulani has been killing other tribes in Nigeria since 1800 and you want mimiko that doesn't have a boys scout group he commands to fight them?. Yunus2012: Did read the part why it was stated that the governor was given a SECURITY REPORT of happenings in the area and no action was taken? That is the basis of the blame. And it logical and right too. No state governor has control over the police. And who told you he didn't do anything? Have you heard from him? What about the same killing by the fulanis in the middle belt? Do we still need reports for that? Remind your members that they are no longer in the opposition. They should stop wailing. |

Sincere9gerian: One would have thought that with masturbative measures such as Buhari and his vice cutting their salaries by half, Buhari attending the UN assembly with only his son, zero oil theft, $20 billion Sanusi's oil money no longer missing, $6 billion not stolen by any minister, $150 billion not looted abroad by PDP (since the PDP is no longer in power)and running a one-man show govt without ministers, that the federation should now be sharing at least N1 trillion every month but alas that is not what we're witnessing currently.
Obviously, propaganda can only take you so far. We're now faced with stark reality
Cc: Ishilove, lalasticlala. APC the more you look the less you see.
