I agree with 100%. An account created even today can be Legit. However, newer accounts are more likely to be fraudulent. Even sellers get scammed yes.

I will confirm the rates soon. But unless it was charged 300 by Uber Nigeria, which really doesn't make any sense, then Ecobank is 300 and daily limit is $1000. Cheers.

Ok, you should note that sometimes there is a general downtime and also, sometimes it might just be the site you are connected to that's down. Whenever u have downtime, tweet @ntelcare and also include ur device and Location, EXACT location including the area not just state. Because if you don't, they will ask you so save urself the stress.
