That is possible because i got a contradicting mail today stating the daily limit as $3,000. So I'm actually trying to confirm and correct any discrepancies as it was also today i got told the daily limit is $1000 from the EXACT same source.

However keep in mind that Annual limit is $5000!

I think you guys should also look at their profiles. Accounts created in 2016 are a NO GO AREA. Accounts that post once in 2 weeks. No go area.

Good -> Rate might be relatively lower.
Bad -> They might discontinue transactions on their cards.

Yea GTB now refunds based on the prevailing BM rate. Both PayPal and MasterCard.

GTB doesn't refund in 199 per USD. My mastercard is linked to PayPal and whenever I get a refund, gtb pays me at the black market exchange rate.

Then they have changed, or maybe that's for PayPal refunds only. I don't know. Good to know tho

Lol. Ping time is bad because Ntel haven't optimized their network for Lagos. It shows as if all Lagos users are in Abuja. Look at the picture. I live in Lagos, how can i be 36Km from Abuja servers and 500Km+ from Lagos servers. Something is wrong, till Ntel fixes this, we won't be getting speeds like Abuja. See photo below.

Dat said, it was working 3 times better than my airtel in terms of Latency especially. Lol

Hello house i am expecting a refund from paypal. I made a payment and i was charged @N341.54/$ (on 6-6-16). If this money is to be refunded back to my Ecobank acct, would it be refunded at that same rate? Or at whatever the new rate is? Or at the official 199/$ .

I don't know about nowadays, but all the times i got refund from Ecobank, they refunded it at the prevailing rate. If it's still like that, you might get even more than you paid. Lol. Happened to me more than once on Ecobank.
Keep in mind that it's been at least a year i used Ecobank to purchase tho.
If it was GTB, Access and i think Diamond Bank. Prepare for 199 lol.

@jeffy1206 reception got better around my area yesterday. Before i used to have mostly 1 bar but now it NEVER goes below 2 bars. And my speed has increased from 2Mbps to 12Mbps. Been downloading at 1.5 to 1.7MB/s since yesterday. It's NOWHERE near what i should be getting when reception is perfect but it's ALOT better than the 100KB to 200KB i was getting. This is even in my room, as i mentioned before. I get the worst reception in my room. I didn't even test other places. I Also got 4bars for a bit, something I've never seen at home. See the screenshots.

As far as i know...
-The closest site to 2nd Gate is Adekunle area
-The closest site to 1st Gate is Chemist bus stop area.

And if I'm closer to Adekunle and get 2 bars and from just outside 1st Gate i get 2 bars. My best guess is that you in the dead center will have 0. I don't think you should get it. Not yet at least

Also, network got relatively better yesterday, but still i don't think you'll have reception. But, i could be wrong you know.

I have collected my Ntel SIM in Lagos, Slot Shop on Akin Adesola. Paid 3k for 1 week bundle unlimited data. I am using my Spectranet unlocked myfy. The speed is the best of all the possible internet service in Lagos.

I have used it in both V.I and Gbagada and the speed is super fast. I already used 31g of data.

In my house sef, using iPhone 6. 0 bars. No signal. Emergency calls only. So it means, reception it terrible. When i went to 4G full reception area. I was getting 27times what i get at home. So yh.
