Okay let me use layman terms. Imagine in the olden days before the advent of digital technology, internet and all that. If you were to send money to someone say from lagos to abuja by mail, you will purchase a stamp of 50 Kobo or 1 naira and send. Even till this days, if you are to send a physical letter, goods or document to a mailbox, you must attach a stamp. Its a kinda tax charged solely by NIPOST for Nigeria. So what we pay now is electronic stamp duty. This is charged in developed countries as well.

I don't even understand this Stamp duty charge of a thing...I get charged often.
I had to ask the bank about this and I was informed federal government/CBN are they ones taking theses charges.

Beside the video a lie and the information is baseless. The video said the scammer asked the POS operator to transfer money to one account,before you do that the pos terminal operator ought to collect the physical cash first before transfering the money..

So somebody just come to your shop and say transfer money to xyz account and you did and they where unable to give you cash...haba that is your fault.

Actually there is no lie in the video.
When jazz is involved anything can happen like they mentioned.

Which advice do you need again, you made the right decision, or are you expecting someone to tell you to go and apologize to your ex
