My greatest problem is that majority of schools dont offer MSC Statistics. I have found some good schools with low tuition and no TOEFL but they dont even offer statistics at graduate level. Am frustrated. I almost applied to University of minnesota, Mankato but they requested i must register with EducationUSA which will require USD200 registration fee.

Amefrica: Why not change that school? I think it's one of the Red Flag schools.
