CornOak: Points to note:
1. The team last played 11 months ago 2. Had training for 3 days before match 3. Several new players 4. Match was a test game with less emphasis on result (highlighted by the coach) 5. Our key players were missing
These points led to:
6. Low team cohesion, communication, and spirit 7. Exposed unwanted players 8. Identified our weak areas ( midfield and set pieces issue which hasn't been solved yet)
Well, the points above are no excuses for the shambolic display. However, we should note that today's match was fairly okay considering these factors. By the way, both teams were not impressive either.
Lastly, the technical crew still has a lot of work to do to bring the team back to order. So I agree with your point about Rohr.
PS: Tunisia beat Sudan 3-0 today.

IDENNAA: Those Algerians will not give you room to operate...they are ffucking aggressive and tough to play. We need to play them very physical...dem nobi Oyibo...blacks in oyibo skin. Cant you see Ajayi was getting frustrated, so was Balogun but Akpoguma na tough guy and he remained discipline , checking their speedy runs and intrusions. You need a 100% disciplined Nigerian side to put these Amazigh in their place. If you play cool with them they will bloody you up while screaming pains! gbamest... Like i told my guy, those algeria chop come, dem no be oyinbo at all... |

ChrisKels: I know there are some good guys in the system, but a whole Lotta these guys are criminals.
Some time this year while my cousin bro was coming back from Delta State after his NYSC camping, some SARS guys stopped them just after the Head Bridge Onitsha, searched their phones but were disappointed they couldn't find nothing incriminating, guess the picture of the white man they used to pin one of the boys... Oh a picture Eden Hazard during his unveiling as a Madrid Player.
The other two had empty phones, and according to the SARS guys, they were criminals and had deleted what they wouldda used to pin them down. Now, these SARS switched on their data and started downloading some incriminating dating apps on the innocent boys phones and threatening to use the apps as evidence against them, unless they paid some sum of money.
These SARS guys are thieves #EndSARS hazard picture Mofor, i never hear dah 1 before, lol.... I no go ever forget the slap wey 1 gimme 4 ilorin in 2018 as i wan dey shalaye say i nor know how weed dey smell for my hand, na so he tear me one, since then no more shalaye of any kind with any force man, u say make i enter motor, i enter motor, those people no dey play.... Slap of a lifetime... The whole left part of my face was sore for 2 days.... Sars, i fear them.... |

Danielnino00: He is just finding a way to say "Iheanacho shouldn't start tomorrow" i will not lie. What komekn said is the pure truth, to me, in this list we dont have any striker.... Only osihmen be the striker weve got, i dont subscribe to ighalop abeg. Ok, check, Onuachu is just another Benteke scenario, atleast going by this thread alone, we dont want him, fine form but wrong style... As for iheanacho, i dont see him bringing anything spetacular, still gonna be same ol player who most time underperfum... I dont rate him as a striker, and his performance and stats over 2 or 3 years now is too poor to still be earning call ups... Dessers. That 1? ok... Just know unwanted onuachu is benching him,1. Reports here said he hasnt scored a single goal in training... When i said i have no prefered line up, make everybody sha play, i know wetin i dey talk... |

Philosopher1979: 1. Foitball Academies 2. Private investors league starting in november 3. Nff/futures under15 and various youth competitions
Will keep producing players. Also the new sports minister (Sunday dare) is determined ti improve our local league and football. All rhesw thungs are working. In fact i can assure you that right niw foreugn born players will fi d it difficult in the striker and wingers pisition. Nentake Dembele (an academy player) is the next big thing in our football. Its just the local league that needs improvement and it will be done. Barcelina has a football league in Nigeria and it is pioneered by a Nigerian in partnership wirh Barcelona. The foreign born thing is just a passing phase. Ordunary olakunle olusegun and Samson Tijani if the u17 are on the way to big things. There is a silent revolution going on. Have you heard if Vandrezzer which is a local club run like a private league. The silent revolution will stop thus trend. The problem is foreign born fans are making too much noise. wow, all these are going on? Wow, i pray it works, i pray... The abundance of talent was never in doubt. We just need good LEADERSHIP... Abeg nentake dembele? How come? For a start thats not a nigerian name? Who him be? The name look like person wey go sabi play... Wow |

komekn: Effectively you are saying that Chukwueze and Kalu cannot cross balls proficiently.
Do you think thats acceptable for a modern day footballer in today's expectations in football. its not that they cant cross proficiently, more like we dont do lotta crossings.... Chuks is like robben, kalu(remember his brilliance againt ukraine) ejuke also like a right footed robben, we need and have got in osihmen, a fast and deadly striker and that is our style... Onuachu is just another Benteke scenario playing out... |

I dont have a prefered line up, i just want to see a lot of the new guys, a new gk... Id like to see akpoguma and zaidu definitely, kalu is always my 2nd favourite eagle player, id like to see half half with ejuke... Also tijani and onyeka... Infact make all the boys play abeg... And onuachu should start abeg... Makes no sense if he is benching dessers at genk and highest goal scorer and dessers benching him at NT cuz we like oyinbo things.... From reports here dessers never even score 1 goal for training... Anyway we dey watch... |

Infact if you are an african striker and you are not aubameyang Cavani will send you to the bench in your team or send you packing ehn him don try, he lived his dream, besides we all know its gonna be a short romance anyway..... Like i once said here, martiall is not a no9... Something is really wrong with mau utd, for 1 i hate all those penalty goals and since the first loss at home to palace i simply dumped utd for Everton this season, im expecting a sack from ole soonest... I need a young german coach with a very nice philosophy abeg... Till then im on the blue side of merseyside... Cavani self don wash... Man u koh, ferterlizer ni... |
