People like osinbajo, fashola, umahi, zulum, Rochas, Amaechi are better performers when they were governors. Osinbajo has proven himself with the little stint we had with him during PMB's absence

A slow, or stupid or a non intelligent man would not have so much power, clout and resources etc. All these younger guys would perform no doubt, but dosent take away the fact that he is a boss...
