Hello House, I have an issue with my Infiniti fx35 2005. It is a tokunbo I bought in February thus year before the lockdown. Before the lockdown, it was working perfectly. When the lockdown started, I parked it but unfortunately the heavy rain at the period came in through the roof. I air dried the car and started covering the car. After the lockdown, I wanted to ho out and realised that the wiper, the ac, the side mirrors stopped working at the same time. There is nothing I have not done to get them working. Gone to different self proclaimed professionals, nothing. I went to First Gate Auto village, nothing. I went to ladipo and changed BCM and Fuse box different times, yet nothing. I have scanned and scanned. I have programmed and programmed. Nothing. I am told it should be wiring fault. And i am very careful which rewired to give it to. So, that he will not destroy the car. HELP!!!! |

Please, Nairalanders! If a tonne of peanut is presently 300k and above, and a tonne produces at least 45% oil, and 5 litres is still sold for #2,000 in the open market, how do they do it? Is there a secret I need to know to increase the volume of the oil? Please I really need this information. I have bought the oil screw press machine. Is there a chemical like yeast they use to increase the volume of oil or what? Or, there is a place I can get a tonne for less #200,000? |

Having read all the posts, I have realised that toyota only gets its glory from the fact that it is used by the majority. Also, mechanics play a major role in this. Most of them are illiterate who find no need in expanding their knowledge and skill base. Most of them were only trained on Japanese cars so they remain on that. There are 1001 cars that are far better than Toyota and Honda but the fear of mechanics' lack of improvement thereby employing trial and error make people avoid other make. But, if you are updated, you will discover that people are beginning to go for other makes now. You see some strange on the road of lagos these days. It shows that people are waking up. Where were chryslers, renault, suzuki cars (not bike), ford, kia, hyundai and some other funny names years ago? But now, you see them all around. Our Mechanics should update. Imagine, if a mechanic says in this age he only repairs Manual Transmission car! I use a Ford Focus and it is handy, solid, heavy and runs well. For me, I run from Honda because of the legs that tear on the road of lagos. |
@Freemanan: I hope you are motivated! |
Hey Guys! Great work u ar doing wielding your pens (fingers in this case) passionately. I am a writer with 15 years of experience. My stage name is Lord of Poetry. Check out my blog: www.penandinkblog.com. |
In all my years of writing prowess, I have come to discover that everyone on the surface of the earth ought to be a writer regardless of their profession. It is now a matter of discovery of your need to put pen to paper. Or, the question of what you write exactly. But the truth is You Can Never Succeed The pen is not only loyal to self-acclaimed writers. It has the ability to obey whoever wields it. What you command it to do through your hands, it does. It can be used to write figures, to draw, to paint, to fight, to calculate, to scribble, to combine life changing words, to stab etc. Edward Bulwer-Lytton in his play Cardinal Richelieu in 1839 was the one that said “The Pen is Mightier Than The Sword”. This was one of the lines of a Richelieu- a priest whose life was threatened. He couldn’t wield the gun or the sword as a priest. He had to pick up the weapon of the pen. In other words, everyone should write if they have something fighting for. If you don’t have anything fighting for, you are not in existence. Have you ever wondered why you struggle in your business? It is because you don’t write. Have you ever wondered why you don’t get help? It is because you don’t write. Have you ever wondered why nobody knows you? It is because you don’t write. Have you ever wondered why you are always sacked or queried? It is because you don’t write. Have you ever wondered why you are always confused and disorganised? It is because you don’t write. It goes on and on. I have met hundreds of people who have fantastic ideas yet they are wallowing in misery. Each time I meet them, they have an idea to share. They are so good with idea conceptualisation that they would even express and analyse verbally the strategy they would employ to achieve the ideas. The next time I meet such people and I ask them what they have been able to achieve, they tell you, “that idea is not really feasible again. I have another fantastic idea. Do you care to listen?” Let me prove to you why you will be a failure if you don’t write one or all the following: 1. BUSINESS WRITING- THE PROPOSAL “No matter the ideas you generate, the ideas will take you nowhere until you get it off your head into a sellable and believable statement- proposal.” I know a lady who is into Fashion Designing. She is very professional and excellent in her skills but she is limited because everything she does is from her head. No written curriculum for students, No calendar, No roster, Training materials, No written code of conducts etc. She desires to expand but she just can’t see herself sitting down to write out a good proposal for her new ideas. She had told me several selling ideas regarding her business which if she had transferred into presentable statement would have attracted supports. By the time of this article, she had told me about 10 different ideas verbally. And I am still counting. Are you not like this lady? You want someone to support your ideas with money and you are unable to state the ideas clearly in a written document called the proposal. You will only end up like a man who is running so hard on a treadmill. He is exerting all his energy but he is still on a spot. Venture Capitalists or Angel Investors are not really interested in your oral dexterity at first because they are all most likely too busy to listen. 10 Advantages Writing Has Over Speaking. To learn to how to write a proposal, click: 5 Things You Must Include in Your Proposals 2. BUSINESS WRITING II- BUSINESS PLAN People have asked me on several occasions the difference between Business Proposal and Business Plan. If you want to succeed in life beyond individuality or personalisation of business entity, the business plan is needed. Business Plan is simply a holistic blueprint of your business. Every house is build using an architectural design. Every business should be built using a Business Plan if you want the business to stand the test of time. In other words, the difference between Business Proposal and Business Plan is that proposal addresses an idea which needs support or partnership. You only focus on the idea and how you want to achieve the idea and the projected benefits for the sponsor. It is not as elaborate as business plan. The idea is usually just an integral part or a product of the business entity. But, Business Plan addresses a holistic overview of the business entity- historical analysis of the business, the products, managements, resources, financials, competitive analysis, sales analysis, marketing analysis, SWOT analysis, projected profits etc 3. DIARY/YEAR PLANNER/ORGANISER: A life without a plan is a miserable one. Lack of plan connotes a life without direction and it will definitely be full of confusion. The diary is a book which is used to record activities or personal experiences of the day usually very confidential. The Year Planner/organiser is a calendar or book which is used to mark out your schedules for a whole year. Your engagements, appointments, birthdays of loved ones, retreats, programmes, conferences, festivals, business meetings etc are all marked and noted on the planner. This helps you to be organised. Imagine how disorganised your life will be without writing these thing. And if your life is not in order, you will struggle with success. 1. WRITING, WRITING AND WRITING: What is the purpose of writing if it never fulfils its purpose? What drives you to write? For what purpose are you writing? It is useless just writing, writing and writing when it only ends up in a chest slid under your bed. According to UNESCO report, approximate published books since 1990 to 2014 is 2,200, 000 books. The recorded numbers of books published in Nigeria in 1991 was 1138. In 2015, published books are already tolling 1, 162, 250 books. If published books are already in their millions, imagine how many articles, opinions, short stories, editorials etc have been written and exposed (published) to billions around the world. Write ups that have impacted lives; informed and entertained people. So, when you keep writing only to read to yourself, you are making a very big mistake. Moreover, it does not give room for critics and thus improvements since you can always give yourself a pass mark. 2. NOT WRITING; NOT WRITING; NOT WRITING: The main culprit responsible for a rusty writing is- NOT-WRITING-OFTEN. Practice they say makes perfect. Consistency makes expertise. Repetition makes habit. Sharpen a sword now and leave it dormant for months. By then, it would have become blunt. Constant writing enhances writing skills. It is a great mistake as a writer if you don’t write in a day. What is wrong with you? How dare you? How dare you spend your whole day without finding something to scribble down? This could then mean that your level of observation as a writer is weak. Have a small note in your pocket and write often lest you invite a block (Writer’s Block). For the complete article: http://penandinkblog.com/home/ |
I have a previa i want to sell for 350k. Negotiable. who is interested?

The audio version of the song by Don Jazy- DOROBUCCI has won the heart of all Nigerians. Before the video came out, I have seen street kids create some awesome dance steps to the song. Seeing the video, i feel so disappointed that there is no dance. Just gestures. It could be better. Even the video concept is not spectacular. What do you think? |
So, what can be deduced from your arguments is that the black is only preferred for the low mortality rate, not for egg productions. Then, pass mark for brown specie provided intensive care is ensured. |
Eldeee: I am giving this advice because I observed the advice you got earlier before embarking are all wrong. the choice of breed you embarked on is not too good. I have learnt of several complaints from different persons about birds from obasanjo farm, and as such can't guarantee you on that. fumigation is absolutely necessary before you restock your birds. buying commercial feeds will not take you far, you need to learn feed formulations. birds perform badly if not properly vaccinated against disease, so you need to understand that and LEARN. different farms have different vaccination programs. you also have to understand that laying capacity of birds fluctuates due to certain factors as age, management. breed, disease infections, temperature etc and peak periods are evident but certainly do elapse. anyway take good care. Cheerswow, you are a good person. i will sure see to everything you said. thanks so much. |
AgrotConsult, I have not read from you again. I really need your input. I dont want to make any grave mistake again. I want to learn everything I need to learn with the 40 birds i have now |
i bought them from Obasanjo Farms at Ota. My farm is located at Agbara. How much do you sell the day old chick? and where is the farm? |
Thank you bintudon. God bless you. it is a new site. There are surrounding bushes. I consulted some so-called expert before i started and i actually followed their advice. !) they said the black is stronger. 2) i asked them of the need for fumigation, they said the fumigation will kill the chickens. The snake actually climbed through an opening in the wall. The are the measures i have taken: 1) i covered all openings with the hard nets. 2) i planted the taba plant (snuff plant and sprinkled ground bittercola around 3) i took them away from the farm for now to be under my care pending the time i am able to get good advice before i buy new chicks. Please, i need to know how much i will need to feed 400 brown pullets for 20 weeks. Who can help me with this? I need to count my cost first. |
Welder: I think the cost of feed i.e. 2,300 is a tad too much. You may also want to try doing this feeds on your own or getting/demanding for a discount from the seller.Thank you Welder. I will appreciate if i can get the ingredients for preparing feeds. |
ruxton06: Don't you think he knows that? Why not just encourage him by helping to solve the present problem. Someone with 40birds doing well will think of increasing to 400.You are getting wrong AgrotConsult. I started with 400 pullets but unfortunately, a very big snake invaded my farm and infected 360 of them. They all died. Now, i am left with 40. Then, i gathered that the black leghorn is stronger. You have been into this business for long. You dont expect i become an expert overnight. That is why I am asking for help. Money is not the problem. I can even start with 500 today as I am writing but i need to get it write first before i get new stock. Advice me please. Thanks |
they are 7 months now. they started laying about 2 weeks ago. The specie is the leghorn black. I feed them with layers mash which i buy from a store at the market. I can't remember the name now. |
lottss: oga. Goodevening,how many weeks can I train Doc broiler to table sizeAre you sure 16k can feed 100 broilers till sales? |
I am serious. This is not a joking matter. I need an expert to advise me. |
Please, i need help. I have interest in building a strong poultry business. I sent my manager for training in an existing farm before i started. My present challenge now is that my pullets eat more than the profit they give. I have 40 pullets. I am advised that 40 pullets should eat a bag of layers mash which costs N2,300 in just 5 days. They produce 3 crates in a 5 days. N700 x 3 days= N2, 100. That is already a loss. I need help, please! How can I manage their feed? |
