Supreme Court is the court of last resort.
When PDP was in power, that is how they dealt with the opposion without any reflection that there will be a humbling time like this. Life is turn by turn. It's now there turn.
Let them accept their fate.

Iheadioha's administration focused too much on the past governor Rochas Okorocha. In August 2019, a report surfaced that he issued an order for the arrest and prosecution of Okorocha. This was greeted with widespread uproar that the new governor should tread softly.
The Ohaneze described the move as an invitation to anarchy which is capable plunging the state into chaos.

The Imo PDP also did not help matters. Rather than focus on governance, they kept too much energy on the previous administration of Okorocha and also alleged that the ex-governor left the state with a liability of N300billion.

Several attempts were made by elders in the state to resolve the face-off between the two political figures, but all failed woefully.

Is that the reason Supreme Court was partial?

I also wanted to vent my anger on you for defending this glaring injustice but have come

the judicial perspective which the SC based its judgment

I agree with you that Sen Hope was smart but I disagree that there was an election.
Those 388 polling unit votes were not compiled from any election. The SC judges know this deep down their hearts.
They know that the fraudulent results were carefully written in someone's bedroom to be smuggled into the final results.

Now, INEC as the umpire managed to block those fraudulent votes only for the Supreme Court to admit them.

I pray Mr Ihedioha doesn't fall sick.

Apex court are meant to do their own investigations too.
Whatever case they are handling, they are required to properly investigate, compare their investigations with the evidences brought to court before they give the final verdict. They have the capacity and required apparatus to carry out such.

Some other judges will never buy this useless logic and will not hesitate to throw away that case but this is Nigeria where nothing matters any more.
