Good day my people. I have seen so many tread from Yoruba people saying that Igbo people must go. Can I shock you guys? Igbo are already leaving in mass to the east the rate of development going on in d whole of east is scary I swear. Very soon Yoruba people won't understand wat really hit them I swear. |

Now my brake down Block 2000*400= 800000 Cement for all works =8000*100=800000 Roofing 1300000 Rod 200000 Stone 120000 Tiles 400000 Plumbing 400000 Eletrical work surface 250000 Doors 250000 Windows 480000 Ceiling =200000 Workmanship for all 800000 And other little expenses like just budget about 6.5 to finish it. Yea it will but might not finish the project. Let me show u on how to go about it. If u r building a 3 bed room flat, just tell the engineer to the forming and German floor for u. Then tell him that he will inspect it from German floor to roofing stage which should not be more than 3 or 5k per visit use local Manson for the block work they collect about 40 naira per block. Block work to parapet = 1200000 Roofing use 4.5 mm for ur roof=1300000 Window and door -700000 Plastering/window hook=350000 Toilet firings =250000 Tiles go for China tiles=700000 Electrical work=250000 Celling =100000 Just budget 5m and ur work is done don't get discourage by comments u see here.
