Na wetin them seek them find. Why join a cult group if you ain't ready to slaughter and be slaughtered. Future armed robbers and kidnappers are being killed and we are hear commenting. I'd sit and watch. |
2sex:Cool, however he doesn't want anything to do with Real Estate. He is already a guru in that area. He has some hostels he is managing in Ekosodin and Osasogie. He builds, furnish and resell at a very high cost. Real Estate is very profitable, you just need the contacts. (BIG CONTACTS). The moment you establish your name (ONE LAND DISPUTE CASE can spoil your reputation for good) you are good to go. PM and let me know your interest in real estate. I might link you to one or two persons. |
Hello All, I know of someone from Benin who is into REAL ESTATE. He wants to divert his investments into other sectors. What can he do ? He has up to 70 Million Naira to invest. As a realtor, he owns a property in one of the upscale commercial roads in Benin City(GRA). He has contemplated becoming a distributor for one of the big electronics brand(NOT LG). But he has this feeling he will not be able to compete with the LG shops as LG products are cheaper. He doesn't mind going into manufacturing, but what will he manufacture ?. Farming might not be the best idea as the south south barely grows annual cash crops. I can't think of any. His budget is flexible (He can make it a 100 Million from now till December if needed). Please Nairalanders, i need your advice. Any bright partnership ideas are 100% welcomed. In as much as profit will be generated and he doesn't have to leave his beloved city (Benin City). |
scholes0:Dude, check well. Your mom is not in the picture. I am pretty sure you got it wrong this time. |
femi4:Yea right, just as you are not educated enough to post comments in public forums. |
i don graduate, No need to read your 4 reasons..... |
no |
adrianstylez:Dude, if you have some cash to burn, try Seychelles. The place is too fine to be on earth. However the place is F*cking expensive. Fun things to do, Buy touritst map. Look up Teddy's UnderGlass Boat and book for a trip. They will take you to several private islands and you can do snorkelling and hiking. If you like to club, ensure to visit Katiolu night club on a WEDNESDAY. Don't try to be adventurous and attempt to eat an OCTOPUS. Omon you go vomit. A visit to Anse Lazio beach in Praslin island is a MUST....... Your babe will fall inlove over and over again. Forget about the haters telling you to visit Sambisa and the likes, they just don't like to hear that everyone is not as sad as their miserable selves. Enjoy!. |
gsparks01:Wow, i hope that is true. If it is i am happy. A proud product of Uniben here. Everyday in Ekosodin then na action film. We got Rambos, commandos, van dammes and all them chuck norris many that time oh. |
Abrukutuku ma meeeehhhhh, MogbiSan Mama brukutuku ma sala mo,oooohhhh, Awilo Logomba. Makossa is the GREATEST DANCE ever. Most of these new onces are forced and doesn't really feel natural. TRUST ME. As for that Sekem nonsense, abeg just delete am from this thread. |
gsparks01:Are you serious ? You really believe there is a Nigerian university without cultism ? I laugh in Shao Kahn's voice. "Huumm Hahaha" |
More reasons why THUNDER will fire Prof. Wole Soyinka the founding father of Cultism in Nigeria. An insignificant old man who prides himself of a Nobel prize in literature(people don't know his book. People don't read his book.) people win everyday like pepsi free drink. We blame leaders for everything,.. these youths who killed another man in front of his children will never have a good future. It's not at all possible for them to ever find happiness. I won't place a curse on their fathers and mothers even though i blame them for wrong upbringing. Bleep you Soyinka, Anybody wanna be down with Soyinka, Bleep you too. Die slow all you morrafockers.... |
THat's fair enough |
OyBosEnEmm:Thanks for this. The applicant is a graduate. Any heads up on very affordable(tuition fee) schools? Also, is schooling in Canada a better option to the U.S ? |
OyBosEnEmm:Thanks for this very vital information. However, does the sponsor need to provide financial records(bank statement) ? Also, sorry i am very new to the canadian and i honestly do not know the meaning of both SOA and TRV. Can you tell please ? |
Hello house, I have a single mother i would like to sponsor to Study in Canada. She would however prefer to go with her son (3 yr old). Is there an option for this? if she should apply for a study visa, then what should her son apply for ? Any useful information would be highly appreciated. |
Sunday Oliseh might not be the best option. |
lufizzkids:Thanks a whole lot. This information is very vital. Yes, i think i know that area. It's where i usually take when exiting the Island to Epe and then to Lagos/Benin express road. I will sure take a look. Sorry if i am asking for too much, would you happen to also know where i can get Panasonic shop in lagos ? I hear they have the best Air Conditioners. |
tobillionaire:HAVE when dealing with plurar as in, So those girls HAVE not been found yet. HAS when dealing with singular as in, So that girl HAS not been found yet. This is not to feel smart or anything, it's because of little children who are reading these threads forgetting it's not a standard newspaper or magazine. |

Hello All, Looking for anyone who can guide us through lagos. We are looking to purchase furniture and electronics. We can pay the person a day's job for their service. FURNITURE: Must be foreign, recliners. ELECTRONICS: Samsung and Panasonic shop. We are NOT looking for online sellers. We are looking for someone who knows where these shops are. Someone that can take us to various shops and areas where these things are readily available. We will be driving to lagos which means transportation shouldn't be an issue. Thanks. (I hope this thread is viewed because we are leaving to lagos today) |
chloe7:Hehehe @ Chinese. I ate peppered rice and it was fast. lol. Am still wondering why they haven't given you, you go to the UK and back and you don't violate nothing. The money for tickets alone should confirm you are not financially inadequate of funding your travel assuming your bank statement was fabricated at "Olawale". Your record is good, perhaps you've been encountering a vexing VO. |
chloe7:Yea, i guess that's what imon do(Ignore trolls) No, reapplying means another two months at which time i will really not be free to travel anywhere. Besides i will be in Seychelles towards this month end. From my research, that place is quite posh and expensive. It would have depleted my budget for vacation this year. The US thing will have to be till next year. Maybe by next year they will get to see i immediately went to Seychelles just after my denial. That should confirm my tourism intention. If they don't agree by then again... i will have to sadly delete Miami off my "To Do" list. (That WILL SMITH video is still in my head, hehe) You are really looking forward to your interview. I hope you get it. Share the outcome here. |
chloe7:Madam, i don't talk until i see "Desperation" it just phuccking gets to me. I didn't even tell anyone about my plans to travel, the only people that knows are you guys here on NL. I just filled the DS-160 form from my PC, used my printer. Paid the VISA fee the next time i went to a bank. Started living my life as usual until i stumbled upon this thread. Created a new NL id and started narrating my case. For the records, the car importation thing is actually a genuine interest. Something i'd really love to do. I have bought all my cars from Inspired_M autos and i can imagine how much profit he makes. Not until i came to this thread did i know car importation was a "NO NO". EVen while talking to the VO, i was calm and i only answered the questions she asked directly. I didn't start saying stories or trying to make the VO laugh because am not really a funny guy. Just why is everyone mentioning "desperation" ? it pphhhucking pissses me off cos the people who call me desperate are actually the very desperate ones. They take this shiiit too serious. Isn't this supposed to be a thread were we discuss how to get VISAs to go tour? visit friends and all those fun stuff why is it such a serious thread? (signs of desperation maybe ?)If this thread was a STUDENT VISA thread, then i will understand the struggle for one's future.... This shiiiittt about "desperate" has gotta stop men..... |
overlord77:Well said, maybe the likes of "Visapayless" got to my head which made me to use the "MAJORITY OF PEOPLE" phrase. But when you look at it, if majority of us actually go to the US for pure tourism and return within a few days, do you think they will be this strict ? one would think they have a way of checking the records which determines their approval/denial pattern. My comment was in no way intended to offend anyone. And what's with these people and "desperation". Really that's the only thing i see that makes me keep commenting. Like a poster above said, MAKE UNA DROP THIS MATTER and concentrate on your upcoming interviews. Greetings.. |
tayoamos:Quote the exact lines of the transcript that suggests "desperation" and make your ancestors proud. Waiting patiently for you WISE ONE. |

why is it such a serious thread? (signs of desperation maybe ?)
