Not picking sides here, but people saying he disgraced his family are so childish. To be honest, it's his life, and your little opinions does not matter. When you guys grow up and have your own wife, you can choose to be quite like a dummy that you are and let your wife continue to die inside, or you can choose to fight her battles for her so she can find her peace, but yeah, your opinions does not matter. |
JeromeBlack:I swear. People and famzing with USA. Its pretty obvious he doesn't talk to anyone in America. That said, Nigerians here have learnt not to meddle in their politics. They are here to make a good living for ourselves and our family and that's mainly what they focus on. Their society, however dysfunctional it maybe is still better than Nigeira's in like a hundred fold, so instead of forming and claiming to know politics like Nigerians back home do, they take advantage of the good system by simply going to school, earn a good degree, make a good life. One reason why America remains the best is that unlike Nigeria where citizens would rather adapt to harsh and bad governance, these people dream, and nothing will stop their dreams. So if they dont like the way you are governing their country, they will speak up. Kill yourself, but they are Americans. I hate when someone who only watches CNN and read stuff on Google calls someone else CNN brainwashed. My 2 cents |
anyaekekehinde:Lol. This is a lie. You dont have friends in America. If you do. You dont talk to them. Dont come here and claim you know about America. |
I missed when nairaland was a great source of information. People with brains will come on here and share reasonable opinions. I was so glad I found these site then. Now it's just..... |
Yusman316:Even this current America is founded when immigrants decided to take the lands of the native Americans. Killed them and claimed their land. One of the reason why America is great today is because of its diversity. Diversity helps improve any organization. |
wirinet:Brilliant. Where are those who think they they understand the logic behind trump. How about you check this logic out? |
linearity:Oh they wont believe this. They read it somewhere that unemployment is at its lowest, and now they think they know trump. Sad |
nelsonoba:Oh wow! You know me so well. It's almost as if we have lived together our entire lives. I could care less if you rot or die in poverty. Most of my friends saw this and told me I'm wasting my time replying online fools. Yes, its me... belliey. I dont actually give a rat ass about you or your opinion. Everything I've written on here is just so anyone can read the conversation and see how backwards your kinds are, that includes anyone who thinks you making sense. I just read this thread and I thought I could pay back with the little I can by emphasizing on the importance of being bold and speaking against governments, but i was attacked by a bunch of jobless fools who think they are shii. I stayed in this argument for so long because people need to see why Nigeria is not progressing in anyway. The governments are not to be blamed totally, but the level of ignorance amongst this generation is unbelievable. Now sensible Nigerians understand that awareness is a very effective way to keep governments in check. Speak out against them and they will tremble. You dont believe me? ....Ruga settlement, does your dulled brain understand that if it wasn't for the awareness that was raised against it by PEOPLE, they would have forced Ruga on Nigerian? Which was their intention. Now that people talked against it they postponed it? Does it occur to your backwardness that they suspended it for a reason? Had it been that those people that speaker up and raised those awareness were ignorant and foolish like you, Ruga would be in every state of Nigeria right now. Hypocrisy is the main thing that is bothering you. It's written all over you. You feel like the people in America should keep quite and be grateful that they are in America. Guess what, while it's TRUE that they should be grateful and all, they got bigger fishes to fry. I know you dont know that since you've never been to America, but my point is if you get to America today you'll see that you've been wrong. Ofcourse you human, and I know your ego would keep you from understanding what I'm saying, but I repeat I dont give a rat ass about your opinions. Just to let people know that our main problem is this kind of brain and mentality you possess. with this I rest my case. |
OgogoroFreak:Lil kids that are still getting allowance and sheltered by their parents will come on here and start spitting shii like they are adults. Pray life does not hit you at your weakest, so you can continue to be 'strong.' Kid is still in Disney world talking about jungle. |
Rogosa:so what on earth justifies killing one's self? I think problems are relative. the 'stuffs muc greater' that someone else is going through might be a piece of cake to him. I pretty use he thought about his son, just wasn't enough to see him through. |
2blessed01:No its not! and i am pretty sure everyone knows that, but this people still chose that option. The fact that they did speaks volume about whats really going on in their head. |
Rogosa:Again, you are only thinking like this because you are in the right state of mind. someone who is suicidal would not give this kind of response. And i do know how it feels living without a dad. |
Rogosa:No one in their right state of mind would wake up and kill themselves. suicide is not an ordinary matter. just thank the lord for your well-being. |
Oladefemi007:I keep saying this, while suicide should never have been an option, you can't just blame them like that. Mental health is an issue we dont pay attention to in Nigeria, so when things like this happen the only question we wanna ask is "why?" Getting fired from a job because of something you did not do can be devastating. For you and I we can probably shake it off and move on. For someone who has been suffering from mental issues but covering it up with smiles and laughter, that might just be the last straw. R.I.P to the man. The rest of us, pay attention to your mental and general health. not everything is ise aye! |
EmekusTHEgreat:Exactly my point. Black Americans are not really interested in equality, they are just jealous of they successes of the Non-Poc. They use every means possible to oppress this people, and are the ones that cry the loudest if an event excludes them or hurt them racially. * i am still waiting for a white girl to come and be shouting white girl magic they way the blacks shout #blackgirlmagic. * They will almost kill a Non-poc that calls them N**, but its okay when they say it to each other in public. * I have read advertisements calling all black people to only buy black owned products so as to promote black owned companies.....so many things is wrong with this one. * there is no way in hell a Non-poc would organize an event and asked them to pay more. for a group that is a victim of racism, this is an open racism coming from them. Essentialism is bad, and i am not saying all blacks are like this. some work really hard for everything they have while fighting oppression and racism. some are just entitled people who think they should get paid because their ancestors were slaves. instead of crying on social media and everywhere, if more blacks paid attention to what matters.....education,techs,politics etc, other race would start to respect them because they would have included themselves in the sectors that matter the most and not worship black celebrities. |
Just few more points. Have you heard about the hashtag #Blackgirlmagic ?. When have you ever heard of #whitegirlmagic, or #asiangirlmagic? Nah! Other races hustle in silence and their achievements make the waves for them. Other races long to contribute to the most important things. Science techs, businesses, environments e.t.c. they worship 2pac and think celebrities are Gods. I'm not saying it's bad to wanna be a celebrity, but when we talking about power, only the learned own it. I cant even begin to write all I wanna say it's so freaking emotional |
AgentOfAllah:Bro, everything you saying is the definition of entitlement. Thinking that America owes you anything is pure entitlement. And yeah essentialism is a bad thing. Not all black Americans feel entitled. Some go to school and work their asses off. They make it in life and live well. But the majority of them wanna be rappers and gangsters wanna be the next hot rapper. Even the ones that have no talent. Education is not their thing. In America, just a simple high school cert is enough for you to live fine. The government even gives financial aid for low income families to go to college. This is what most Nigerian and immigrant kids benefit from. That system was designed for black Americans to use, but they wouldn't. Nigerians are using it and they living fine. Now, truthfully this a glass ceiling limitation on minority in which you can only rise to a certain level, but that doesn't mean the company wont recorgnise you if you are a star. That's why people love Nigerians, we dont feel entitled for anything. We see it as an opportunity and we intend to make the best use of it. Educated or hard working black Americans are doing perfectly fine. |
AgentOfAllah:What debt? They dont owe them shii. |
blowjohn:Yes bro, even people that had their entire family killed in front of them still go about their normal lives. do you think they got over it? its not easy when your will is taken away by such events. |
blowjohn:Wait what? |
I think when most people think about rape they always paint the picture of 2 guys overpowering a woman, or something extreme. Hence, we wont believe stories because we cant just imagine it the way it was told. If a girl says she does not want to have sex, but you did it anyways, it does not matter if she was screaming and shouting like most people thought rape would be like, or she's just laying there without saying a word while you have sex with her. You raped her! because it was against her wish at that moment. someone was calling Busola a hoe that she had sex with the pastor and was just trying to make it look like a rape. The person further said she has no evidence to support the accusation. If you are saying the lady has no evidence against the pastor so shes lying, where is your own evidence that she's lying? just Bias. Exactly what evidence are you expecting from her? perhaps a footage from a space camera that can see inside their house? or a bruise with the pastor's signature on it? i am just saying instead of blindly picking sides based on what we believe, make sure you got the facts right before coming here to say something. |
IamD18:Trash |
Rest now soldier. we have the watch now. |
First, Suicide should never be an option, but dont be too quick to judge them. Suicide gets the attention of people, but the events leading up to that decision goes unnoticed. you see people laughing with you and you assume they are fine, and when they commit suicide we shout 'why'? Secondly, no one in their right state of mind would wake up and kill themselves, and i find it hard to believe that a single event is enough to make you wanna kill yourself. Life must have dealt her a series of bad hands and the boyfriend saga was the last straw for her. instead of blaming the dead, blame the people around her that couldn't see beyond her smiles so they can help her. Count your blessings and thank God you are not suffering from any form of mental illness. my 2cents. |
Are we just gonna ignore the fact that whoever cut that fulanis leg is a psychopath? Like why? He showed his real color in broad day light. prolly still walking around now and no one paid attention to that? We really dont worry about some things we should pay attention to. |
DaddySpyce:I completely agree, she's my wife now. i will fight her battles for her if i have to. call him and let him know he had his chance with her, and now its your chance to make her all yours. |
