They used to have gutters like this, but as it is their awesome nature to always develop something better than what they already had. they started using the covered and underground sewer systems. In Nigeria, we have the oldest processes and technologies. we cant even maintain them not to talk about developing something better. #staywoke9ja

Solutions to this problem could have been a source of employment to about 10 thousand civil engineers, mechanical engineers, chemical engineers, environmental engineers, and about 50 thousand techs. Instead some 1% greedy citizens chose to pocket all the money enough to pay this engineers for about 3 or more years in their own accts, live in big mansions, riding expensive cars for doing NOTHING!. Its okay though, "Nigerians are though, and can adapt to any condition" right?. they will keep oppressing as long as Nigerians continue to act like there's nothing we can do. There is a lot we can do!

We are just lucky we do not experience all those natural disasters, or extreme weather conditions. #staywoke9ja

I agree. The most important thing is communication. No one will hate your accent if they can understand you. So instead of worrying about accents, worry about how to make people hear you clearly. Heck, i dont even care how well you can fake an american accent, the native speakers of a language will always know you are foreign, so guess be original and speak clearly.

If you think you have what it takes to take on any engineering course. Go for electrical because it is way versatile. I'm studying chemical engineering because I like the idea of converting raw materials into finished goods, and chemistry!.
