The university is undergoing accreditation process by NUC. That is the reason you see PHD as minimum qualification, after accreditation some of them will be drop to cut cost or appoint as part time lecturer watch and see

You people are talking as if you don‘t know what Nigerian can do, during my university day a friend of mine fail one course and he wrote letter for re-marking of script and the department agreed by giving out the script to other lecturer to mark but later the lecturer confess that the guy pass but he will not allow the suspension of his colleague to come from him he fail the guy knowing fully well that the guy actually pass the course. So forget the issue and move on with your life. Though the candidate get thier own so also JAMB

Is it permanent/temporary?
How good is their Administrative/organisation skill?
How is the facilities(hostel,water,toilet,market,and clinic) there?Good or bad, enough or not enough?
How do they respond to health condition of corp members/ welfarism?
Are they hostile or friendly?Staff/corp member relationship.
