I am a writer and I want to publish my novel.

I am looking at Half of a yellow sun standard.
I want to know the various steps and procedures required,

I also want to know how much it'll cost me to produce a novel like that and also how to market and publicise it.

Am not doing online publishing, it's offline hard copy.
