Politics › Re: Confirmation Of Rotimi Amaechi And Other Ministerial Nominees by stinggy(m): 4:11pm On Oct 29, 2015
Even my lovely Sen. Biodun Olujinmi couldn't put up a good counter like she always does.
They've been cornered by Omoworaare in conjuction with that pretty Sen. Binta from Adamawa, who is reminding Omoworaare wherever he wants to forget.

All in all, the 8th Senate is lively. I love their spirit, both APC and PDP.

NgeneUkwenu:
The Osun senator is Grounded, Now lecturing the useless PDP senators!
I'm quite impressed with him.

See how he was just quoting laws upon laws. Whoever thought what PDP submitted has been expunged by the 6th Assembly huh
Politics › Re: Confirmation Of Rotimi Amaechi And Other Ministerial Nominees by stinggy(m):
Seems these APC senators are well updated on matters of the constitution.

Nice defence from Sen. Jide Omoworaare. Sure he prepared so well for this.

Punchline: The Senate shall not consider any petition that has a judicial solution!

Obasanjo a Yoruba man appointed Maurice Iwu an Igbo from South as INEC Chairman.
Jonathan an Ijaw appointed Jega a Fulani man from North as INEC Chairman
IBB a Hausa appointed Humphrey Nwosu an Igbo from the South as NEC Chairman
Shehu Shagari a Fulani appointed Victor Ovie-Whiskey an Edo from South as NEC Chairman
Abacha a Kanuri appointed Sumner Dagogo-Jack an Ijaw from South South as INEC Chairman

Buhari a Fulani man appointed another Fulani man as INEC Chairman

Somebody will soon call me a wailer for my opinion.

Politics › Re: 'just In' Before They Come And Tell Us That Asaba Is No Longer An Igbo City by stinggy(m): 4:49pm On Oct 28, 2015
Rayhut:
HYPOCRISY is when YORUBA people claim some part of Kwara, Kogi, Lagos as Yoruba land when Igbos claim the Igbo speaking areas of some part of Delta, Rivers and Edo as part of Igbo land, YORUBA'S will start shouting land grabbing, oil thief, is this not hypocrisy at highest level, if Igbo go with only 5 Igbo state and leave the rest of the Igbo land, then Yoruba should leave Lagos, Kwara, Kogi and parts of Ondo ilaje axis alone.
It's a pity History is no longer taught. But then, read deep on past works of History scholars.

Lagos has always been a Yorubaland till encroachment of its waterside from Bini empire.

Kwara State is Yorubaland. It only has 2 LGs that are not predominantly Yorubaland. But for geo-political balance, Kwara state would have been in SW.

People of Kogi West are Yorubas are they are those referred to as Okun Yorubas. They have everything in common with Ekiti and that's why during the last National Conference leaders of Okun prayed the Conference to ensure they are re-united with the mainstream Yorubaland and taken away from people they share no origin with.

Advice: When you are with a Kwaran or Okun man, don't try to tell them they are not Yoruba. A word they say is enough for a wise...

you are very senseless! What concerns azikwe and sarduna's death?
Yoruba logic right?
Well Kaduna Nzeogwu and Ademoyega were the men that planned the killing and installation of the two faced coward awolowo, read the Ademoyega's why we stroke.
You will come here to twist history to suit yourself. Someone here has said that all his stay in east, nobody disturbed him. He also said that everyone is king on his own lane, that's how we roll here, we don't block roads and shout owoda! Some of yoruba hate anything igbo but will pretend they love you. I hate the fact that you're twisting the history! Your two faced awolowo betrayed sarduna and azikwe! #fact
Fear God oooooo

Haba! Did you read the book at all huh
Nzeogwu and Ademoyega planned on killing Awolowo?
The way you guys lie so openly is shocking shocked

Read this and correct the lie you wrote for posterity's sake.

We also believed in the immediate release of political prisoners of those days, namely Chief Awolowo, Jakande,Anthony Enahoro, Onitiri, Omisade and so on...
Ch. 3, Pg 33, why we struck

There was an officer chosen to fly Awolowo after release from prison, can't get his name atm.
