MoneyMan5:Keep quiet there...liar...Who told you that the rich states will be the first to participate in all poverty program? |
Bighead9:At least they do something with it...please an you show those of Shina Rambo, Gododgodo, Ibadan billion club, Badoo, Ade Williams killed over 100 people....and millions of skull miners?
|
MoneyMan5:Fake statistics...if SW is the least in poverty index....can you explain these...? “So far, we have 455,857 poor and vulnerable households uploaded onto the National Social Register, from which 297,973 households have been mined and are being paid stipends in 20 States. “These States are Jigawa Bauchi, Kogi, Osun, Cross River, Anambra, Katsina, Kano, Taraba, Gombe, Adamawa, Niger, Nassarawa, Benue, Oyo, Ekiti, Kwara, Borno (IDP), Kaduna and Plateau. Mrayam Uwais (Special Adviser to the president on National Social Investment Programme) https://www.nairaland.com/4367336/80million-people-poor-nigeria-presidency Here you have Osun, Oyo, Ekiti, (Kwara 79% are Yorubas) while you have only Anambra from the SE. again... List of 9 pilot test states for the poorest Nigerians, the poor receive N5,000 handout. Bauchi, Borno, Kwara , Kogi , Niger - North Cross River - South South Ekiti , Osun and Oyo - South West Nil - South East ------------------------------------------------ You can see that the trend is consistent with the government effort to reduce poverty. SW seems to be lower in your graph because of Lagos where you have Nigerians of all tribes. You should try and get more education to be able to analyse trends, ogbeni |

OyiboUgbo04:If this were Europe...a small city would have been developed in the valley of these hills in Akwuke. But here our developers are everywhere in Lagos buying all the land from Lekki/Ajah to Epe..and Abuja.

I hope other ethnic nationalities would advise their people accordingly. |
The Northern Elders’ Forum (NEF) has asked all Fulani herdsmen residing in the southern part of the country to vacate immediately if their security was no longer guaranteed. Addressing a joint press conference in Abuja on Tuesday, the chairman of NEF, Prof. Ango Abdullahi, said the Forum would continue to take up issues relating to the security and safety of Northerners in the South. He said stakeholders and other well-meaning Nigerians must do everything possible to stop the escalation of sensitive matters that would lead to the breakdown of law and order in the country. “I will like to take a particular note of the last paragraph of your presentation especially with what we have heard in the last few hours that some violence had already started to manifest in some sections of the country against the herdsmen, who for all known reasons have been in peaceful co-existence in the communities where they have lived for many years. “Now, certainly we are worried about their safety, like we are worried about the safety of every Nigerian who decided to live wherever they want to. “But then, if there is no certainty that their safety is guaranteed by the authorities that are immediately around them or by the authorities that have the responsibility for the overall security of all Nigerians wherever they reside, we are certainly worried about their wellbeing and I think particular attention should be paid to what is happening on hour-to-hour, day-to-day basis. “And if it is indeed, true that there safety is not guaranteed in the places where they are residing, we would rather have them back into areas where there safety is guaranteed, and this is coming back as much as possible to the North. “They who are residents there should keep us informed and those of us who are monitoring from here should also keep ourselves informed about what is happening,” he said. wowcatty:Agreed but Tinubu didn't mind his SW business by dragging Igbos into his madness. Why didn't he use Ade Lawyer (Adeola Williams) as an example. So who is not minding his business here? ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I’ve killed over 100 people – Ade Lawyer Thirty-nine-year old Adeola Williams, popularly known as Ade Lawyer, has confessed to killing over 100 people in the past 10 to 20 years. He was the personal assistant to Azeez Adekunle Lawal, the National Union of Road Transport Workers’ chairman in Idumota, Lagos http://dailypost.ng/2018/03/17/ive-killed-100-people-ade-lawyer/ |
Yusuf54:Why didn't the brown teeth Tinubu use Shina Rambo, Godogodo or Ade Lawyer to give examples... See about Ade Lawyer who is worse than Evans, he might not be known because the Lagos -Ibadan media axis of evil always have a way of blowing other criminals from other land out of proportion and hiding their own... Cmanforall:If the coach knew anything about football, he would have changed Musa and bring in a taller Balogun, The fee kick went over the shorter Etobe |
Sirmuel1:He doesn't know how to read a match... What was Musa doing till the end? |
bestgift4ever:Nigeria a better in the second half but Algeria the better by far in the first half |
This old coach needs to be sacked. He can't read football. Musa ought to have been changed with a defensive player like Balogun who is taller towards the end. Mahgrez saw thatt Etobi was short and played the ball over this head... |
Coolgent:Police meet hundreds of Fulanis in bid to end banditry in Zamfara... The women, who marched on the street of Akure on Thursday through the Deji of Akure's palace and armed with leaves, said that enough is enough about the criminal activities of hoodlums who have taken over the state. They noted that Ondo state was no longer safe again as the hoodlums masquerading as "fulani herdsmen" have all surrounded the forests and bushes in the sunshine star.... End Banditry in Two Weeks, Zamfara CP Orders Miyetti Allah.... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So you believe people will just wake up one day and blame the Fulanis for these crimes? |

.....Under King Ghezo, the Dahomey Empire grew strong and ruthless from their manner of slave raiding and attacking under neighbouring states. Abeokuta was a constant victim of this harassment; four times they invaded Abeokuta but only the last two Invasions were deadly and were recorded in history. The Invasion of Abeokuta in 1851 (the same year Lagos was bombarded by the British Naval forces) brought to light the secret weapon of the Dahomey Nation. It’s deadly and ruthless Amazons! The first Invasion took place on Monday the 3rd of March 1851 around 3.43 pm. Commander Forbes, a British Naval officer, and Mr Beecroft, the consul for the Bights of Benin and Biafra were at Abomey (the capital of Dahomey) to make a deal to stop the incessant raids on Abeokuta and its neighbouring states. It was during this meeting that the Dahomeans concluded their plans of attacking Abeokuta once again... As they marched towards Abeokuta, they captured the small town of Ishaga 17 Miles from Abeokuta and had the Baale and the people pledge their support to them. The Baale of Ishaga pleaded with the Dahomeans to delay the time of its attack on Abeokuta, advising them to attack from the side of the ruined walls, this plan was to give Abeokuta time to prepare and be ready for the attack... At that time, it was a barbaric custom for the Egba warrior to cut the head and the genitals of their first captured victim and send it as a trophy to the Alake. When those who entered the town first were captured and killed and the trophy was sent to Alake, it was then the Egba’s found that they had been fighting with women..........................................excerpts from Guardian newspaper) 14/7/2019

The-1851-invasion-of-abeokuta-by-the-lethal-dahomey-amazon-warriors From the beginning of time, empires and tribes have always been on the neck of weaker empires. It was a simple case of the strong getting stronger and the weak getting weaker. Under King Ghezo, the Dahomey Empire grew strong and ruthless from their manner of slave raiding and attacking under neighbouring states. Abeokuta was a constant victim of this harassment; four times they invaded Abeokuta but only the last two Invasions were deadly and were recorded in history. It was during this meeting that the Dahomeans concluded their plans of attacking Abeokuta once again. An intelligence report has gotten to the Egba Chiefs of this invasion that was going to happen at any time. Some of the Egba Chiefs took this warning with a pinch of salt, except for the then Alake of Egbaland, Sagbua and the Balogun of Ikija, Balogun Ogunbona who was known for his brilliant foresight. They assembled the people and had the walls of the city around Aro (where the current Psychiatric Hospital is in Abeokuta) repaired but the rest of the city walls was in bad shape.... (erxcept from Guardiannewspaper) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Coward afonjas must use Igbo to divert attention...If they had to try the third time to defeat Dahomey girls...is it the Fulanis who had taken Ilorin and Offa, they will try?
