boron10: haaha. i was just thinking the exact same thing. I went 'hmm, someone would soon call me Seun for these chronicles" Don't worry i'm just a filmmaker who likes to document stuff in chronological order, and though it is 1:28 am, i have some time to spare tonight. Consider my posts a mini-documentary. |

fittty: While your statement is partially true, do you know anything about the relation between employee satisfaction/morale and productivity? Think of it this way: pay your employees more, they will be motivated to do their job well, and in the process generate more 'profit' for you. |

lacasa: As i constantly say.. Ofcourse the USA will implode. Typical retrogressive mindset. Challenges in a society are inevitable. However, claiming "notn can stop" the USA from imploding, with very little indication to go by is just ludicrous. |

Business / Re: How Do I Expand My Customer Base? by stkris(m): 8:45am On Oct 26, 2012 |
Starting a business is a very challenging venture, and requires a combination of precision, planning and patience. Step 1: Do a simple study of all the businesses, companies etc around your town that may require products you have to offer. Step 2: Pre-determine what kind of special deal or discount you can offer them. Step 3: Visit these businesses and see whoever is in charge of their procurement. Introduce yourself (make sure you are properly dressed, and have quality business cards) Step 4: Inquire the source of their technology products, and propose a better deal. Offer incentives like delivery or whatever works for u. Make this a long term business proposal. Hence, all their needs would be directed to you. Step 5: Take down contact info and follow up with them in a non-intrusive manner until you have a deal. To be successful in business you can't afford to sit and wait for business to come to you. You must go out and bring it in. Good luck. |

Education / Re: University Offers Course On Michael Jackson by stkris(m): 1:28am On Sep 04, 2012 |
WOW! Nigerians being Nigerians. It is evident from the responses of those bashing this course, that they have limited education, and a myopic worldview. There is more to learn from Michael Joseph Jackson than many of your everyday courses combined. He was a Shrewd businessman, and made a lot of unique business moves which are worth teaching. Then again, if you cannot differentiate between a 'course' and a 'major', i really don't see how you're capable of wrapping your head around any of this. 1 Like |
