anyone?

Alright, heres the deal. i need to get a small office space partitioned in lagos right away. i have recieved a few quotes from lagos, which i think are rather bogus. i'm hoping someone here with the proper expertise can offer a reasonable deal, and we can work from there.

description: its a rectangular open floor space of about 20 by 30 feet with two pillars about 10 ft. apart in the middle. i have attached a rough hand sketch of the intended floor plan after partitioning. it is not drawn to scale, but just an illustration for the sake of getting a quote; so please visually estimate the dimensions based on the sketch.

i'm looking towards wood work, but i'm open to better suggestions if any besides concrete. there will be 5 doors in total needed in it.

this is located on opebi rd, off allen avenue, ikeja, lagos. please tell me what you can offer based on this description; however vague it may seem now, i'll furnish more details if needed. any tips from fellow nlanders will be appreciated. thanks

some good PC based ones are 'sony vegas pro 9', Avid etc. You'd wanna learn 'adobe after effects' as well.

if u have a mac, then you'd definitely wanna get 'final cut pro'

the far right looks most professional, but risks being legible enough for some people. so try making the 'Q' more legible by using white for its tail as well instead of d grey used, n that'l be your cha-ching right there. nice work though, as they all look impressive.

I dont blame those of you that think everyone in Naija is after you cos you just came in from abroad. What most of you dont understand is that people have moved up and no one cares about you.

YES nigerians who work horrible jobs here, making $8 an hour often make the biggest fuss when visiting home, and are generally annoying.
However, the fact remains; whether u'r going to naija, china, brooklyn, compton or wherever, u'r never wrong in "being cautious"

please disregard all the negative comments. know that there are a lot of half brains here that are ready to criticize people for no just reasons.

you said you are from Benin. which area are you intending to travel to? i was in Benin twice last yr and once this yr.

1. only tell close family when exactly you are coming home.
2. chill out in Lagos first before going to Benin
3. let your movement be UNPREDICTABLE. keep changing hotels, and alternate with staying at home. let no one know where you are at any given time
4. don't were fancy jewelry or drive expensive cars. just dress simply to suit the hot weather
5. never take okada to your home address if you have to use one.
6. God forbid you are being followed run to the nearest police station

Nigeria is a jungle. People living there especially in trouble areas have become so comfortable with hard life that they chew you raw with envy and indignation when you raise you concerns. Good luck. with the right precautions there is a 99% chance of staying safe
