lmuhopeful: I advise that you get a single letter from them each addressed as "to whom it may concern" then have them print this same letter on as many letterheads as they can spare and let them sign and stamp. This should solve it. Just ensure that the contents of the letter are not unique to just one school. Thanks a lot bro |

My dilemma....i am applying to several schools for admission but I can't get my 3 lecturers to write more than one ref letter each. Pls what do I do or can I just use photocopies of this letters for all the schools?. Guys pls help me out on this. |
Travel › Re: General German Visa Enquiries Part 2 by stoicism: 2:33pm On Apr 14, 2015 |
lmuhopeful: The certification is free. You only have to pay if you require the embassy to make phptocopies for you which shouldn't be the case as you should do all your photocopies at home. However rember to take your filled university application form with the originals of your docs and also ypur international passpport and a photocopy. All the best. FREE.....wow....thanks |

Eke40seven: Yes of course, its very compulsory. How far brother, long time no see. brother, you have been more than helpful on this thread. I have been following from the part 1. Pls kindly enlighten me a little more on using NIPOST to send my documents. I can remember u said something about using a particular service of the NIPOST which is a lot faster. I bookmarked that but couldn't find it on my phone. I have to send some docs out to Czech republic and Germany....i have 3 weeks left for the Czech republic applications |

Eke40seven: Well, here is the deal, They may accept a reference letter from a doctor too. The term "University professor" in Germany does not necessarily mean a "full professor" here in Naija. For some, they have a form for their reference letters while for some, they can either accept one from an employer and one from the school or either while for some, a reference letter is not compulsory. Whichever way, make sure you look at each school's requirement with detailed scrutiny to see what they require. That's the best way I understand and can answer your question. My 2 cowries! thank you sir for your invaluable contribution. I can remember you once obtained a letter from your University stating that your undergraduate study was tutored in English and I can also recall the letter has the address of Uniassit. I plan on getting such a letter from my University, however my concern is with the address that the letter will have the address of a single University and yet I intend to use that to apply to several University. Pls what's your suggestion on this? thanks |

obioraval: True about the professor ish. So far the person is a lecturer, u are good to go. Make sure u use school letter headed paper and the person stamps and signs. He/She could also put email for easy access. I do understand your point, but can I actually send a photocopy of a reference letter with the address of University A on it to a University B, as I don't think I can get them to write a reference letter each for all the Universities I will be applying to. Thanks for your help. |

obioraval: You could meet different professors. Or let them use a To whom it may Concern. And b4 they sign, u make 5 copies. Then they sign and stamp thanks. I am kinda worried about the address. Can I send a photocopy of a reference letter with the address of one University to another University?. |

I am unable to get my 2 Professors to write more than one reference letter each and I am applying to 5 universities. Thanks in advance guyzzz....pls help me. |

You wont receive confirmation letter if you pay less than stated. I am inquiring for a friend. He has a first degree already, but interested in an undergraduate degree in Engineering he is 27 years can he still apply given d age restriction on the basis of the fact that he already a graduate, BTech. Can he get a 50% scholarship and can the first tuition fee be paid in installment ?....tnx in advance |

You will get a sponsorship letter, if you know a family or friend in that resides in Germany, working and earning above 1500 euros monthly. I hope you find it helpful Good luck! thanks so much |
