I noticed building sinking also in Port Harcourt. Someone bought a swamp and built an estate on its. There were at the plastering stage when the building started sinking inside.

But why are engineers and architects wicked. Why not inform the owner not to build on such land.

I think it is the greed of the landowners who are determined to put the land to use. Due to the same greed, they go for structures that the land cannot carry.
