Why is she taking this basic officer course at Sandhurst, when she should ordinarily be at the NDA Kaduna like other graduating 2nd Lieutenants?

The parade marked the completion of 44 weeks of intensive training for the Officer Cadets of Commissioning Course 232.

What is the relevance since Nigerian armed forces have long (many decades) moved away from sending Nigerian cadets to Sandhurst?

Infact, this is an anomaly that need to be clarified further if this is an advanced course or a basic course that should have been enrolled for at NDA Kaduna.
