The Police would soon become an endangered specie in Nigeria, with their wanton disregard of the rights of Nigerians. I support the arrest and prosecution of internet fraudsters, with a long jail term and hard labour. But that should not become an avenue to harass law abiding citizens with false accusations and extortion. |
According to him, Biafrans are going to sit at home on 30th May to remember and honour over 3.5m Biafrans killed by Britain through Nigeria. From 1m it was embellished to 3m, and now it is 3.5m but with 6m already being considered. By the generation of my grandchildren, the notoriously ludicrous Biafran propagandists would have begun to claim that 10m Biafrans were killed in Ojukwu's war because Nigeria did not show mercy to a rebel state that waged a war. Kanu remains nature's punishment to bring agony to his own people. If he likes let him personally come and stone the Igbos who refuse his authority to death. |
goodnessme1:So you even know the meaning of ignorance, yet you continue to display it glaringly? You made a false allegation, and you were called out, and you have been aimlessly hyperventilating rather than show us proof. |
goodnessme1:Who made the wild allegations? Who should prove the allegations? Rather than apologize for your embarrassing folly, you are trying to beat about the bush. You are really an empty headed dunce and you deserve a dunce cap, so that all can appreciate your mental handicap. |
goodnessme1:You will someday realise that the noodles inside your skull is not a brain. Is it a tribal disease to always hallucinate with statistics that were fabricated? |
goodnessme1:Those that were killed don't have a name? I never knew your skull was this empty. |
salford1:They have become so embolden to the point that they consider themselves legitimate investors in the Nigerian economy. A common thief considering himself an investor? It beggars belief. |
iammo:Even Kettykin is still stuck in Lagos, despite advocating for Igbos to return to the East for over 5yrs on Nairaland. He is too afraid to return to the life he wants others to return too, and would rather pay his Yoruba landlord N1.5m annual rent in Lagos, while sending upkeep money to his umunna in the village. |
The internet fraudsters must be dealt with ferociously. Very lazy useless criminal youths. |
Bossjakande:We all have their password. FFK and Reno even have their source code. |
stephleena: Earthquake3:I like how a Northerner's negative opinion, has finally made the wicked of heart to think positively towards their own brother whom they were denigrating that his reappointment was because he was a Northern/Muslim slave. The same way Atiku was loved The same way Kwankwaso became loved. The same way El Rufai whose son still recently had an outburst is now being loved. The same way Tinubu would eventually be loved, and Buhari will be loved. When hatred is your staple, you have no direction in life. |
BeautifulMind2:Does the report state that Igbos are welcoming of other Igbos? |
A good advice has been given. I know that the Igbos have no choice but to grow a conscience eventually. You cannot be perpetual beneficiaries of the open and inclusive society structures all over the world, while you insist that your own society continue to be clannish and exclusive. If an Igbo can attain political heights in foreign land, then someday soon, an Ebonyi man must rule in Anambra and an Imo man must rule in Abia state. If you can be beneficiaries of what is good elsewhere and gladly celebrate it, then you must be willing to provide same benefit to yourselves within the same tribe, and eventually to others who are not of your stock. |
NextMile:Are you one of Atiku's friends that were already waiting to be enriched with public funds facilitated by an Atiku presidency a la Jonathan Dasuki money initiative? Did you miss out on the Atiku friendship enrichment program that Atiku facilitated with PTDF funds when he was Vice-President? You are mentioning criminals, yet still supporting Atiku? |
dlondonbadboy:No! Atiku did not win because Buhari won the majority of votes cast across the totality of Nigeria That Atiku won in Biafra does not mean he won in Nigeria. Did Atiku even win his village polling unit? Contemplate on the ramification of such homeward loss, then you would realise that wining in Biafra is not the same as wining in Nigeria whose presidency was being contested. Remember that Nigeria does not start and end in your village or within your clan. This reawakening to reality and rehabilitation from delusion, will do your life so much good as you move on from the inertia that has mentally handicapped your life. |
9jii:Leave the revisionists who ruined the regime of GEJ and made him lose the support of the SouthWest and MiddleBelt. Their knowledge of Southern Unity dubiously started only from 2015, as opposed to Azikiwe's alliance with the North at independence by rejecting a Southern alliance that would have made him Prime Minister, or Abiola's rejection by the SouthEast in 1993. |
obakovich: owobokiri: ideynl1: obakovich: basilo101:So what exactly came to pass? That the hateful Igbos who are Ijaw slaves are still gnashing their teeth in envy of the Yorubas they always have to catch up to? Or that the Igbos failed to get the Vice-Presidency even when Atiku secured more votes from a 45% PDP voting SouthWest compared to a 95% PDP voting SouthEast? Now that you have loved the North, another traumatic loss was all you could reap. At least, you were humbled and forced to love a gworo chewing kunu drinking burukutu sipping Fulani Muslim from the North you so much despised prior to the 2015 election. Or what else is happening besides another failed attempt to gloat? Tinubu is still waiting for the Igbos to come and throw him under the bus of Buhari. No be today Igbo man begin suffer HBP on top Tinubu matter, as if he prevented any Igbo politician from being relevant. And was it prophesied that by 2019, even the Senatorial zone of Jonathan in Bayelsa, would be won by a candidate of the Janjawee.d amala & ewedu party called APC? I really enjoy your misery and the agony that your hatred brings. |
A shame for the followership, whence the leadership have always emerged. |
RTSC:Rejoice in your mediocrity internally, and learn to weigh your boasts about teaching Europeans what has become obsolete to them. Then you would have defeated irrationality. |
Awol1:You even know what is termed intellectual laziness, yet all that happens to politicians and leaders in Nigeria, is owing to their support or otherwise of a failed and democratically sacked Jonathan? You expect me to argue regime performance with a zombie that terms all that was wrong about a corruption ridden Jonathan regime as Media Trial? Better move on with your life and accept that Jonathan did his time and was sacked. He does not own Nigeria and Nigerians do not owe him anything, but rather should be grateful that Nigerians afforded him the opportunity to once lead the country. 20yrs from now, Zombies like you will still be relating all political happenings to who supported or opposed Jonathan. How silly and simple can a mind become? |
Awol1:In essence, GEJ did no wrong and he is the god that we must all worship like you? While every other leader or politician is guilty of wrongdoing? And everything else that happens to mankind is a reaping of whether one was a critic or apologist of GEJ? You are a steadfast zombie. |
Awol1:Why did you omit that GEJ also reaped what he sowed by getting a sack from office by the Nigerians he failed after their earlier support to bring him to power? Or does your impression of justice stem off from Jonathan as the victim? Do you have a life of your own besides gloating on behalf of GEJ who has reaped his own sowing? |
SLAP44:You cannot argue with an opinion that clearly puts your idiocy in the spotlight of embarrassment. I have no reason to glorify technology of the past as an achievement of the future. |
SLAP44:That is the technology that Europeans would come to learn in a futuristic Biafra? Who wants to learn about their very own past and already obsolete technological legacy? Abeg just teach them how to break kolanut and be fulfilled that you at least achieved cultural exchange. |
PDP has been completely humbled and humiliated in this Nigeria that they once rode roughshod over. |
Wicked Wike has struck again. At least he did not behead this one as he was previously notorious for.
|
SarkinYarki:And your grief will finally end that day? |
afroniger:Do the people who cannot overcome the fact that others are superior to them, even bother to know what the consideration for such award was before Soyinka won ahead of other Playwrights and Poet? Is Achebe a notable Playwright or Poet of the class of Soyinka? Or is Soyinka a notable Novelist of the class of Achebe? So why drag a prize given to a Poet and Playwright on the strength of his contributions to such genres of literature? Or was the award declaration for the 1986 Nobel Literature Prize not explicit enough to know that Soyinka won due to genres of literature that Achebe has no claims to? |
How does Achebe compete with the below reason for which Soyinka won the 1986 Nobel Literature Prize? Was Achebe a notable Poet or Dramatist? "who in a wide cultural perspective and with poetic overtones fashions the drama of existence." |
SarkinYarki:So why is it a mortal pain to Igbos that they will have to win such as a catch up to Yorubas? |
Why do people fail to learn that literature is not about Prose alone. The 3 genres of literature are Prose(Novel), Drama(Play), and Poetry. While Soyinka ticks the box in all, Achebe ticks only the Prose box. While Soyinka is an acclaimed Playwright and Poet, Achebe is an acclaimed Novelist. Soyinka won the Nobel for the dual reason of Drama and Poetry, and this much reason was stated in his award justification, as the reason for all other awardees are stated. "who in a wide cultural perspective and with poetic overtones fashions the drama of existence."So why are people comparing an apple to an orange when the award for best fruit was given to an orange on the basis that for that year's consideration, the sweetest orange was the decider? |
