I think you hate your step dad for coming in between your dad and mom... your step dad got tired cause he did not get even a child from your mother.... the truth is, I doubt if there is anything taking him to court will solve rather it will only make it possible for your step dad to take over your moms property should anything happen to her.... because you have already accepted that your step dad is married to her by taking him to court for not doing his duty... I do not know if you understand me...

you do need to rally around everyone to contribute the one they have.. I mean your real dad too and not just focusing on your step dad...
