I got a mail from them with the score.

A+ is the basis of tech support. It's course is platform independent.

Those are truly technical areas. I'd recommend you pick up a book on CompTIA A+ and read up in lieu of experience. So you can be better prepared next time.

Thank you @Kaycodes for the recommendation. The thing is, I'm not in an IT role in my place of work. Do you think studying only a book on compTIA A+ is enough?
Secondly, if you have any resource that will be of help, kindly send to me.

Good thing you know the area that you're having issues. I can't advice what to read here except you list out the actual areas where you believed you scored low.

Thank you @Kaycodes for your response. The areas I had difficulties are; Networking, Internet protocols, windows XP, command prompt in Ms-DOS.

I have been following this thread since last year. I applied then and was not able to finish the test. Fast forward to this year, I applied and was sent a link to take a multiple question test that test my knowledge of customer service, english, communication skills and computer skills.

After the test i got a message that i didn't scale through. My qualifications, are not what they are looking for.

My question is, what actually are they looking for?

Note: I have read and re-read the requirements, and I believe I'm fit for that position, but then what do I know? Though, I was told I can reapply for the post in 3 months time.

ooh I have seen my score, scored 77.83% which is below the 85% pass mark. I know the areas I had challenges on, will study them in preparation for the application.

I would like to know what I should be studying to improve my technical skills in preparation for the test again.

Bros you are just speaking grammar. What that statement has done to us as Nigerians is, foreigners will be looking at us from that corruption lens. I had similar issue but was rectified. All you have to do is to go to the nearest study centre to and lodge your complain, it will be rectified within hours. I hope this help

My friend is a PROVEN profitable relationship.

The lady is a PROBABLE relationship with the POTENTIAL to either be profitable or not.

NOTE: The op's response is ideal in a perfect world. Being realistic and with the way life works, most times you only have to make a choice between conflicting options.

Each of these scenarios tries to test each person's personality. There's no wrong or right answer. I will advise when trying to answer this kind of question, one should take note of the company. The company's culture and Philosophy.

I submitted at their Bank Road Branch here in Keffi Nasarawa state. The Man just keyed in my details and submitted.

I was not told when to submit the documents, though we were told that it's only on tuesdays and thurdays that they do documentation.

I submitted online, submitted at their branch, sent my CV to fairprince to help me submit, and submitted through emails. Hope that helps.

Yes I attended the interview. The questions are the normal interview questions. tell us about yourself and all. Though in my case I made a statement about being a creative problem solver. I was then asked to proffer solutions to the issue of revenue generation for the bank. it was generally ok, I guess I impressed them and was given the link to start documentations.
