Well NYSC acknowledged that she was mobilized and participated in the orientation. NYSC has its records. So if it was true that she lost her certificate, why did she not approach NYSC for a cover letter? Why go for an affidavit? Omo NYSC has records.

I remember signing at the camp and receiving the certificate. She probably didn't sign receiving the certificate, anything all these politicians cannot do.

No certificate was issued to the woman. Every certificate issued since 1973 were signed for. There was no evidence of Stella Odua. On a passing out day, Corps members sign for their Certificates after submitting the final clearance issued to them by the employer . There is no evidence that she signed anywhere. Whether Pictures appear on brochure or not is immaterial. Many people have lost their Certificate of National service. When they approach NYSC about it, NYSC will issue them a letter of reference as soon as their record of service were verified. It's not about who is involved, it's about due process.

NYSC is very clear on the matter. She participated in the Orientation camp no doubt but she absconded from service. She may be carrying out her assignments at NECA but NYSC has four cardinal obligations (4 Cardinal programmes of NYSC) which you must fulfill before you are found worthy before she is issued a Certificate.
1. Participation in Orientation which she fulfilled.
2. Participation in Primary assignment. Her record does not exist. Absconded.
3. Participation in Community service. There was no evidence of her participation.
4. Participation in winding up/passing out programmes. She did not.

Presenting employer letter and photographs is immaterial. NYSC already acknowledged her participation in orientation course.

If Stella Odua thinks she can hoodwink us with a letter from NECA, she is joking.

Are you saying where she served wasn't in the same state? Where did she get the certificate that was lost if she didn't serve? Was there anything we do on a passing day to show that we are present? I remember submitting my picture late for the winding-up which later didn't appear on the brochure for that year. Does that mean I didn't serve? This is political which isn't good at all.
