What stops the polys and Unis 4rm designing innovating developing and patenting new products which can be sold to organizations for profit which can then be use to finance their operations.

@ROSSIK God bless you. Why cant they develop new products, ideas, etc patent and sell them to both foreign and local organizations for profits. Eg Design ear/mouth piece that can interpret one language to another and sell it to religious and diplomatic organizations for profit.
