andrewbaba44: Someone is making sense .
He is more of a Diego Costa type of striker ,but he can still fit into tiki taka sha There is no way he would fit into a tiki taka side, you want Osimhen to be playing triangles and drifting to the wings for 90 minutes? |

Odunayow: That's a bad wish. Such negative footballing environment Atletico Madrid actually suits his style of football, I would prefer him to go to a counter attacking side than a tiki taka side |

andrewbaba44: Don’t mind him
I don’t know what he is driving at ,I remember him always dissing etebo at stoke ,but suddenly etebo is our best midfielder after being injured for 5 months I know he is bigging Etebo up to slander somebody else, that's his mo |

komekn: That's your perception.
I first went to look at Etebo when he played for Warri Wolves and he stood out, it's not today I've known about Etebo.
Fast Forward he goes to Stoke city after the world cup, l had GREAT EXPECTATIONS for him. Sadly he did not live up to those expectations. I expected him to have a style of football similar to Ngole Kante.
He had some good flashes but was overall not able to to dominate in the club and league. That doesn't mean he is not good enough for the SE.
He has been playing for Watford has had a few games but injury has not helped him, effectively been out for 5 months plus.
He is not SPENT please, you are now TALKING HIM DOWN and your comments by are not objective but derogatory.
I gave an honest objective assessment of Etebo club and league performance that's not Talking down. When he was at his best form at Stoke you said he was not outstanding in the Championship now he has not been playing you say he is our best midfielder, work me through your thought pattern |

komekn: Quintessential bad belle beer parlour analysis.
Etebo is our best Midfielder, l really expected him to be the new Ngole Kante when he went to Stoke. Nonetheless, he is still our best box to box Midfielder. I think you just like being controversial for its sake, you spent months talking down on Etebo when he was at Stoke city saying that he was not exceptional in the championship now he is actually spent you are saying he is our best midfielder, what next is your agenda, John Ogu is needed in SE midfield? World class trolling my friend |

caprikon: My preferred formation for the first leg of the WCQ is 3 -5-2.
Uzoho
Ekong. Balogun/Omeruo Awaziem
Aina Onyeka Ndidi Aribo. Zaidu
Iheanacho Osimhen
I think this formation helps the team accommodate Nacho who is an excellent finisher without pruning the midfield unlike the 4-4-2.
Alternatively I will prefer a 4 -3-3 formation if we must use our traditional wingers. We can't afford to give the Ghanaians the numerical advantage in the midfield. Jeez have you guys not learnt anything??! |

13large: Submitting his name at the time listed by FIFA to be submitted to teams for the event. Dennis name was submitted after the due date and his club weren’t obligated to release for those reason. The blame should be at NFF and not Dennis or Watford Nonsense, no club in the history of national team invitations has ever denied a player a tournament invitation in the name of 'late callup' didn't they know he was going to Afcon when they signed him, this is just a useless excuse that wasn't even official for them to connive with Dennis to deny Afcon call up |

Danielnino00: Before some people will come up with some conspiracy theories about the FIFA ranking, let it be remembered that Egypt only recorded two wins at the AFCON! Their knockout stage wins won't count because it ended in a draw in regulation time... It's unlikely they overtake us in the ranking... Why are you worried about imaginary conspiracy theories? |

Nice post. While people criticized Chukwueze for the Tunisia loss, I pointed out that there was a tactical shift in his game that impressed me. He worked better with the players around him.
