bigomoh: When will we grow some cojones and tell Ahmed Musa he has passed his sell by date? How can you drop a prospect like Ejuke and leave Musa?
Please miss me with that 'Skippo' or 'experience' yarns. We all saw how underwhelming his performance was at the Nations Cup. There's no reason why Awoniyi who's doing well in the Bundesliga and the likes should be dropped. Na here we go kuku dey when we start another round of lamentations. Them say he is our captain and he has merited to say when he will retire |

drDoom3: Shehu in and Awaziem + Akpoguma out?
We need midfielders and they don’t invite Yusuf or Onyedika but invite Amoo who 1.) Hasn’t played for Kobenhavn as he is getting benched by a 16 year old 2.) Played as a right winger for Hammarby 3.) hasn’t played AM since U17 three years ago?
Invite Etebo who hasn’t played a game for months and is recovering from injury? Onazi, ONAZI on the standby list?!!!
I am satisfied with the forward selection, except Onuachu and especially Awoniyi shouldn’t have to miss out for an aging Ighalo playing in a retirement league. Onuachu has close to 20 goals this season ffs, Awoniyi has double figures in goals in the Bundesliga.
Very ambitious list, but you can easily see the loopholes and Egunje invites. Good list for the two games, is it good enough for the World Cup proper? No. Overall I’d give the list a 7/10.
BTW I’m not bad belle but I don’t know if I’m the only one that wants Ighalo to flop or get injured do we can see guys like Awo back. The guy has held us hostage for too long. I remember how I almost cried after that Argentina miss and it hurts that he gets picked because of “senior man” status above guys like Awo who is blowing it up in the bundesliga and Onuachu who is setting records in the Belgium league. Good analysis |

You claimed Rangers beat Arsenal now I have told you it's totally untrue. You still will not admit you have been telling bare faced LIES. komekn: It was a draw 2-2 with over 12 substitutions, it was essentially a training exercise.
So tell me when and where Glasgow Ranger's beat Arsenal as you claimed ❓
I should remind you that league two Tranmere beat Rangers in pree season friendly. This is you moving the goal posts and next time you insult me I will insult your mother. |

Danielnino00: Common sense should tell you that it's an excerpt from an article...
It's shocking that with all of the time you have devoted to watching football, you can't differentiate between a centre forward and a striker..
When next you see Messi starting as a 9 for PSG,do well to tag him a striker... If you need an article to tell you that there is a difference between a striker and a CF then football is not for you, even your article stated that the terms are used interchangeably,And yes Messi starts in the striking position for PSG but not a striker likewise Kevin De Bruyne starts for Man city in the wings but not a winger |

Danielnino00: I didn't write it . You can Google it.. Perhaps you know much more than the many football experts who have given may definitions that separate both roles. perhaps you can add their definition to you famous unpopular opinion or gaffe of the year or whatever If your opinion of football experts is a six line writeup to convince me that a striker is not a center forward then I beg to differ , maybe if you had been watching football with common sense and knowledgeable about the sport you wouldn't need a football 'expert' to tell you which is which |

What I liked about Ndidi yesterday was although he lost so many balls he is actively trying to help his teammates in possession instead of hiding from them |

TheLoneCitizen: I actually don't think he just suddenly improved. He has had this ability to dictate play, because he has very high awareness of his surrounding. This was me lauding him in September last year.
But I think the coach advised him to leave orchestrating to Tielemans and Maddison.
You will notice he uncharacteristically lost lots of possession in the second half and has only been doing this with the young Drewsbrehall as the AM. He is improving in the sense that he has started picking up some tricks to help him on the ball like the turns and I don't think he has the capacity to dictate play |

Danielnino00: So it's skysports news headline we will use now??
"Perhaps the most important characteristic that distinguishes a striker from a centre forward is the contribution expected of them – while a striker is traditionally instructed to roam in and around the penalty box anticipating chances, a centre forward is a much more integral part of his team's build-up play" So from this write up a striker cannot be categorized as a Center Forward? |

Danielnino00: Centre forward not striker!!
Neither Firmino nor Jota have been deployed as strikers!!
Jota has been deployed in the flanks several times this season, will you also call him a winger? Firmino is a striker, Center forward is a striker, Jota has played majorly as a striker for Liverpool this season |

Lukaku is a striker and hasn’t been doing well recently ,he didn’t even start that game and I think harvetz was the false 9 there
Tuchel and lukaku are in very good terms ,even after that statement he made tuchel kept on playing him till recently
Chelsea is not after Haaland ,that was only last season
No top team playing without a striker ,maybe you will tell me if man city and Liverpool are small teams If Firmino is not a striker what is he? Jota has majorly played in the Striking position for Liverpool also |
